Revelations - S5-E22
Revealing mistake: Just before Teal'c and O'Neill get to the engine room door, Carter can be seen hiding around the corner. (00:27:40)
Revealing mistake: When Hathor turns Jack into her first new Jaffa, you can see the line between his chest and the prosthetic that gives him the Jaffa "pouch".
Revealing mistake: As we know, the watery image of the event horizon is projected onto a blue backdrop. Ger'ak comes through the Stargate and we can see the image of the event horizon, though faint, around and above the Stargate itself and is not confined to normal area for the event horizon. Blatantly visible if you look for it on the airing of the episode on the Sci-Fi network.
Revealing mistake: When Carter is looking up Hathor on the Internet, the address bar says that the web page is on the C drive of the computer rather than a web URL.
Children of the Gods (2) - S1-E2
Revealing mistake: When Daniel, Jack, and Sam first meet the robed Jaffa in the woods, you can see the camera light in Daniel's glasses.
Revealing mistake: A couple of seconds before the beginning of the opening titles you can see that the eyelids of one of the dead Limvris are moving.
Children of the Gods (2) - S1-E2
Revealing mistake: When Apophis' queen goes back into the female Jaffa, it is obvious that the film footage was just played in reverse.
Revealing mistake: When Jack and Teal'c are first shown in the fighter when it first enters space, if you pay attention to the stars in the background, they tend to move in a rather jerking fashion.
Revealing mistake: When the village canon touches the hot poker to Teal'c's forehead tattoo, the profile view shows that the edge of the applique used by the makeup artist has separated from Chris Judge's face. It apparently was not glued down securely enough, and this is not an isolated incident. It happens quite frequently throughout the entire series.
Revealing mistake: When Daniel is talking to the leader of the Tolan, you can see the camera light reflected in his glasses.
Revealing mistake: Even after Teal'c is dead, you can see in one shot that he is still breathing.
Revealing mistake: When Jack is asking the Martian where he got the idea for the show, you can see the camera light reflected in the Martian's glasses.
Revealing mistake: When Teal'c and O'Neill are passing by Jupiter (after the failed missile burn), you can see a reflection in the background window of the cockpit. But the reflection is not the backside of their helmets, but instead is the front sides matted on to give the minor illusion of a reflection. (00:19:20)
Revealing mistake: When Carter says "It will just take a few minutes to initialize" at the super-gate and presses the screen on her hand you can see for a brief second that it is a video recording since the options for play, pause and stop show in the options bar on the screen. (00:36:30)
Revealing mistake: In the scene where Thor beams onto Loki's ship, as he stands there you see him turn his head. However, if you watch his reflection in the window behind him, his reflection stays facing forwards.
Revealing mistake: The Egyptian youth who gets shot and killed by one of Ra's Jaffa guards is seen wearing modern sneakers with rubberized soles as he is being dragged away. (00:12:15)
Touchstone - S2-E14
Revealing mistake: SG1 return and the Touchstone is missing. When you look from the gate the door is open and you can see the statue that holds the Touchstone. When they enter the doors are then opened to reveal the statue.
Revealing mistake: When the three are seen running to Apophis' ship (after taking out the Jaffas), the branches of the trees are shown to move because of the great speed they ran at. However, none of the leaves on the ground move.
Revealing mistake: You can tell the rocks of the cavern are CGI and they're walking in front of a green screen. For example, when everyone goes back to the cavern, with Nick, in one shot the rocks cover part of Teal'c's head.
Revealing mistake: As Col. Mitchell is chasing the sedan on the motorcycle, he takes a highway exit marked "Ladner/Surrey" which are suburbs of Vancouver, BC. The show is set in Colorado Springs, and confirmed as the episode's location from the police bulletin. (00:29:10)
