The Second Time Around - S1-E4

Corrected entry: In the previous episode (Cash and Curry) Del boy sells all of his gold jewellery and one of Grandad's two TVs in a bid to make £2000 to buy a statue as part of the con. In this episode Del has all if his jewellery back and Grandad has his two TVs again.

Correction: And there is no way to know how long has passed between the two episodes and Del showed he can make £2000 in afternoon, so getting the money to buy them back might not be an issue.

Correction: Before now I've dropped a £5 note without noticing.

Ssiscool

Correction: Not really an error, people can drop stuff without realising.

Correction: This is not a mistake. It's an intentional joke that the door hits Del in the face.

Big Brother - S1-E1

Corrected entry: When Del is on the phone to Dougie Sadler, he says, "How's your luck pal? Terrific. Family? Super". There is no way that Dougie could have replied to those questions given the speed Del was speaking. (00:13:20)

Joe Mc

Correction: That is kind of the point. Del is just going through his usual repartee on the phone, pretending he actually cares and not even listening.

Big Brother - S1-E1

Corrected entry: When Del and Rodney are in the Nag's Head for the first time, he introduces Trigger to Rodney as though they have never met. But if Del and Trigger went to the same school, surely Rodney would have known who Trigger was and why he is called "Trigger"?

Correction: Just because he's an old schoolmate of Del's dosen't mean that Rodney will automatically know him. My family don't know half the people that I went to school to.

The Russians Are Coming - S1-E6

Corrected entry: In the scene where Grandad is talking to Del about going to war, he refers to his brother as George. But after Grandad has died, his brother turns out to be called, as we all know, Uncle Albert.

Correction: George was another brother of Grandad's, and was also actually mentioned again in Uncle Albert's first episode.

Correction: We don't know how many brothers he has.

The Jolly Boys' Outing - S6-E7

Continuity mistake: In 'The Unlucky Winner Is' (which is set before Rodney and Cassandra marry) Del changes Rodney's date of birth to 2nd November 1974 in order to make him appear 14, meaning this episode is set sometime between November 1988 and November 1989. However, in this episode, which takes place after Rodney and Cassandra have been married a whole year, a sign in the window of the coach (which can be seen just as the coach is leaving the police station) states that this episode takes place in 1989, and it is on a Bank Holiday weekend, thus can be no later than August 1989.

Uncle Albert: Is that the radio I hear, Rodney?
Rodney: No, Elton John popped in and he's rehearsing in the kitchen!

More trivia for Only Fools and Horses

Chosen answer: An apparent long string of illnesses.

Answer: Joan Mavis Trotter (Nee Hollins) was an unseen character in Only Fools And Horses, having died in 1964, 17 years before the series began. She died of an alcohol related illness due to both her sham marriage to Reg Trotter and being hit hard by the death of her secret lover Freddie "The Frog" Robdal.
