Continuity mistake: When Grace is in the AA meeting getting the free donuts, the donut and napkin she holds keeps swapping hands and then a little later when she is talking to Val, the amount of donuts and napkin she holds changes too. (00:03:10)
Continuity mistake: When Grace is sitting on the sofa looking at her Wedding album, the ice cream tub beside her rotates itself between shots. (00:16:45)
Continuity mistake: At the start when Jack and Karen are sitting at the table outside his apartment, during the scene the spray bottle, cloth and phone on the table keep on swapping places. (00:05:20)
Continuity mistake: Will, Jack and Karen join Grace and Leo at their table in the restaurant, and after they have all sat down you can see that Jack opens his menu twice between shots. (00:21:55)
Continuity mistake: When Grace comes in with all the bags of items she stole from Leo's apartment, she has a golf caddy bag on her back which instantly vanishes during shots, without her actually removing it. (00:08:30)
Continuity mistake: After Jack drinks some of the drink Karen gave him at the restaurant, and Will tells him "he swallowed the little plastic sword", Jack puts his hand on his chest and begins to cough but in the next shot his hands are down and he is sitting casually. (00:19:10)
Continuity mistake: When Scott walks into Grace's office to face Karen, he closes the door. But a few shots later the door is open although nobody touched it, then closed again, then reopened. (00:03:35)

Continuity mistake: When Will is talking with therapist Dr. Georgia Keller, when she walks away from the window she sits down and crosses her legs. Then as the scene continues her crossed leg keeps changing from being her right or her left leg. (00:03:40)

Continuity mistake: When Grace is talking to her Dad in the front room after first seeing him, she stands in front of a table with one of her bags sitting on it (behind her). During the scene the bag keeps changing location on the table without anyone moving it. Additionally the bags on the floor under the table move themselves around as well. (00:04:45)

Continuity mistake: When Jack retrieves the dinner plate of food from the oven, when he brings it back to the table and sits next to Will, he puts the plate down and it have a foil covering on it. But in the next shot he begins to eat from the plate, with the foil instantly off (sitting on the table) and Jack having not removed it. (00:12:10)
