The post-it always sticks twice - S6-E7

Continuity mistake: When Charlotte and Sam read the Post-it, in the close-up both of her hands appear on the note; yet in the wide angle Charlotte's hand is on Sam's hand, but not on the Post-it.

The post-it always sticks twice - S6-E7

Continuity mistake: If you check the Post-it note on the previous episode and this one's, it is not the same note. It's very similar, but the "t" in "Can't" is different, the apostrophe in "I'm" is within the word then above it, and other small differences.
