Trivia: The man Reacher passes in the diner at the end of the episode who says "excuse me" is the author of the Jack Reacher novels, Lee Child.
Trivia: When the goon comes out of the Hotel, Reacher and Neagly are staying, he phones his boss, Shane Langston, who tells him that Neagly registered under the name of Sarah Connor. Robert Patrick, who plays Shane Langston, was also in Terminator 2, where he was the T-1000 sent back to kill Sarah Connor. (00:22:35)

Trivia: O'Donnell references "James Barr" as someone who might have a grudge against the 110th. Reacher says he "ran into him in Indiana last year - he owes me now." That's a reference to the book "One Shot", which was also the basis of the Jack Reacher film starring Tom Cruise, where James Barr was falsely accused of sniping civilians. That story's presumably canonical in this series but is now in the past.
