Carrie Golightly - S3-E3

Continuity mistake: When Grace leaves the editing room, she places her bag on the table. In the next shot, it's folded differently, and several shots later, it reverts to its original position. It appears that at least two different takes were used.

Carrie Golightly - S3-E3

Continuity mistake: Carrie tosses a chicken wing and holds another piece in her hand. The shot cuts to her wiping her hands - unless she's wiping the chicken wing itself, which would make no sense - and the piece vanishes. In the next shot, it suddenly reappears. Then she disposes of it and wipes her hands again.

Continuity mistake: When Anthony shows up saying there are no clients, Miranda's hand positions change erratically between shots: sometimes she's eating, others not, other times she's chewing, others she's picking a cookie with her left hand which suddenly swaps to her right.

Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered - S1-E8

Question: Che says to Miranda that she has been f**king her for 3 weeks yet in previous episodes, they had sex in Carrie's kitchen, and then we watch seasons pass as Carrie wrote her book, so how has it only been 3 weeks?

Answer: Che's referring to when they officially began their affair (right after the fund-raiser auction) and had declared their feelings for one another. The kitchen incident was a separate, one-time encounter with a long gap in-between, though with an open invitation for future meet-ups.
