Continuity mistake: When Joe is explaining to the "butler" that the word "guido" is a slur, Gina starts to set down her glass and is holding it with both hands. When it cuts to the other angle, she's already set her glass down and you can tell that her left hand is no longer on it.

Death on Denial - S2-E4

Continuity mistake: Glen, Glenda and Meg are sitting on the couch in this order: Glenda, Meg and Glen. When Tiffany comes out in the red gown and says "I'm ready to party!", it appears that Glen and Glenda have switched sides. Glen is standing in front of where Glenda was seated, and Glenda is sitting where Glen was seated. There's not enough time, nor really any reason, for them to have swapped seats in the few seconds that passes between when we see them.

In the shots facing away from them, their hand is just hanging all the way over the side of the chair. But in the shots facing them, they're touching the chair's arm with their fingers.

Trivia: Creator Don Mancini has said that the series will be taking heavy tonal and stylistic cues from the film "Child's Play 2," as that entry in the series is considered a fan favorite. This includes basing Chucky's look on the design seen in that film, as opposed to redesigns from later films in the series.

Answer: They were blamed for the death of Jake's foster brother, which was deemed a terrible accident, and they were sent to the reform school as a punishment. Presumably, when they had to leave the reform school given what happened, they were instead given community service as punishment.
