When the peddler finishes saying "What do you think, my lady", Ae-sin's right hand can be seen touching the bottom of the right hand side page. Continuity mistake: When Wan-ik is approached by the American officer after speaking with the prisoners, in the shot of Wan-ik turning around whilst the officer says "Mr. Lee", the two ribbons used to tie his hat with can be seen overlapping with each other. Continuity mistake: After Yu-jin's father is shot with an arrow, blood can be seen running on the ground beside him. Just under twenty seconds later, after Yu-jin has been seen running through the forest, the blood on the ground can no longer be seen beside the father's body. (00:17:43)

Continuity mistake: When Yu-jin's mother stands up after Lord Kim kills her husband, the hair pin that she threatened Lady Yun with can be seen on the ground. Continuity mistake: When Ae-sin tells the peddler that the broach collection is lovely, the peddler says "You are a bad liar", and pulls her hand away from the small table.
