Visible crew/equipment: In the house when Dinah is asking Rose the location of the other children you can see a piece of equipment (probably the boom mic) reflected in the top of the window between them. (00:19:37)

Visible crew/equipment: When The Demon Headmaster is talking about filling the world with his creations he says "there will be no children" and looks up to the ceiling. Reflected in his glasses is the top of the set complete with spotlights lighting the scene. (00:12:31)
Episode #2.7 - S2-E7
Visible crew/equipment: When Harvey and Ingrid go chasing after Dinah there is a shot where the camera is moving backwards along the floor (with the plant shoots moving towards the camera) and you can see the shadow of the camera cast on the floor in the bottom left corner of the screen.
