Pilot - S1-E1

Factual error: When Kate emerges from the frozen lake in her skivvies and when she enters the shack leaving the door open, there is no condensation despite the supposedly extremely rigid temperature. (00:01:55)

Pilot - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: In the orphanage fight, Kate at one point is pushed against a pillar by a villain who holds her against it. She grabs a fire extinguisher and smashes another guy in the jaw with it. She does not drop this weapon nor hits with it the villain who is holding her, but in the next shot she is just punching and elbowing him. (00:19:05)

Pilot - S1-E1

Revealing mistake: In the Batcave, the protagonist looks at the newspaper clipping about the death of her mother. The rightmost column has a headline "Children traumatized after ride of terror", and a sign ("by Lucy Moguire"). And yet, it begins like this; "With the population of the planet ever increasing, so does the demand on Earth's resources." It's a lazy copy and paste by the prop department, putting some global warming report as filler text. (00:27:40)

Pilot - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: When Alice is talking to Jacob Kane with Sophie on the plank, she says "Can your little birdie fly?", holding the radio with all fingers straight and on the side of the device. Cut to "For if she moves an inch..." and her fingers are curled, with the pinkie at the bottom. (00:33:15)

Pilot - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: When Batwoman knocks the remote control for the bomb off Alice's hand, it lands in a close-up right at the edge of the building...only, it doesn't. You can see it at their feet when they fight a moment later. (00:34:10)

Pilot - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: The hair on Sophie's cheek as she stares at Batwoman after landing on top of her and is in kissing range is parted in locks that move and differ across shots in noticeable way (for instance when Kate pulls the gag off her mouth there's a very thin one curling to her lips, but it's a thick lock right after). Pilot - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: When Kate is writing the diary entry for Bruce, in the close-up the written part is taking barely half of the page, while in the overhead shot it is taking way more - the last lines being presumably actually scribbled by Ruby Rose have a much wider spacing. (00:40:20)

A Mad Tea-Party - S1-E8

Trivia: While it's not explicitly stated, the Superman from another earth played by Brandon Routh is the one from Superman Returns (and by extension that from the original Superman movies). Aside from the obvious factor of the same actor, he name checks his son Jason, which is what his son with Lois was called in that movie too. His reference to fighting himself relates to Superman 3.

The Rabbit Hole - S1-E2

Question: In flashbacks, Dougray Scott looks noticeably younger than present-day scenes. Is he digitally de-aged, or is it just makeup and soft focus? Or indeed is he just made a bit older and more "grizzled" in the present day scenes?
