Continuity mistake: Rey runs up along the sand worm's back and jumps off it. Between shots, the position of the worm's back is different. In the first shot, the uppermost humps of its armored shell are the highest point under its head, and its position suggests it's still partly reared up out of the sand despite the sand not being visible under it in that shot. Then, in the next shot, some humps further down its back are higher than the forward humps, and the worm is more flat across the ground. (00:01:56)

Continuity mistake: After BB-8 gets spit out by the worm, Rey runs and catches him. When it cuts to a close-up, a lot on him has changed. His antennae are reversed where the tall one was back with the short one forward then to the tall one forward, short one back. The large blue slime on the left of his head vanishes, more slime appears on the right side of his head, and the blue slime on his lower body changes and shrinks. And then the position of Rey's arms on him is different. (00:01:58)

Continuity mistake: After the sand worm spits out BB-8, he has lots of blue slime on various parts of his mechanical body and eye. Moments later, when Rey catches him, the amount of slime on his eye is less and not as thick; several spots of blue slime have moved around or vanished, and some are different sizes. (00:01:58)

Continuity mistake: As Rey is retrieving her staff with a slimed BB-8 in her grasp, she passes by and leaps onto the leg of an old fallen AT-AT Walker which is next to her. There is a fin, or toe, sticking up into the air from its foot with a groove down the middle in the close shot as she gets her staff. In one of the following shots as she's jumping up onto the leg, that middle groove on the toe disappears. Also in these shots, suddenly much more sand is built up against the foot of the Walker than before. (00:02:00)

Continuity mistake: When Rey is carrying BB-8 and running to grab her staff, then across the AT-AT leg, the heart-shaped lines on BB-8's "face" have disappeared. (00:02:03)

Continuity mistake: Rey grabs BB-8 and her staff, and then jumps up onto a fallen AT-AT Walker. She turns to look at the Nightwatcher worm and is standing right next to a very slime covered BB-8 on top of the AT-AT with her hand on his head. It cuts to a shot of the Nightwatcher from over Rey's shoulder and then back to a frontal view of her again from a higher angle. Rey didn't move once during those shots. But now she's suddenly standing further away from BB-8 to show the junk part between them, BB-8 now has much less slime on him, and the groove in the metal of the walker going down vertically behind BB-8 has vanished. (00:02:05)

Continuity mistake: After Rey gets on top of the AT-AT safely away from the sand worm, she is holding BB-8 in her arms. He's covered with blue slime in several spots. In the next shot, when she sets him down, the large blob and smaller blobs on his head suddenly become one, and then the slime on his lower body is significantly more. (00:02:07)

Continuity mistake: The piece of junk that Rey feeds to the Nightwatcher worm appears between her and BB-8 with the pointed end of it facing away from BB-8 towards Rey, with the round end pointed out. When she bends down to pick the junk up, in the close up the pointed end is now facing outwards from between her and the droid with the round end towards BB-8. (00:02:10)

Continuity mistake: When Rey catches BB-8 and then runs, she scales a downed AT-AT Walker to get to safety. She runs up one of the Walker's back legs and stops at the top. Then, a couple of shots later, when the sand worm is looking up at her, suddenly the Walker's head is now in the direction she just came from. (00:02:14)

Continuity mistake: The head of the AT-AT Walker that Rey gets on to escape the sand worm is shown twice. In the second shot, as the sand worm is leaving, the details on top of the Walker's head have vanished. The outward square protrusions and ridges are now a flat surface on the Walker's head. And one of the parts of its front-facing gun has disappeared. (00:02:24)

Continuity mistake: After Rey gives the sand worm some junk to eat, it starts to turn around and leave while diving back down into the sand. There is a cut to a different angle as it's turning, and suddenly more of its tail is buried under the sand between shots. (00:02:24)

Continuity mistake: BB-8 and Rey watch the sand worm go away after she feeds it and you can see BB-8 with the slime on him. It cuts to a different angle just before the droid asks her how she found him, and the slime spots on the side of his head change shape and size. Most notably the middle spot shrinks significantly and the bottom one over laps the edge of his head. Also between cuts Rey is suddenly much further back from BB-8. (00:02:25)

Continuity mistake: Once the sand worm leaves with the junk, Rey tells BB-8, "We are safe now." BB-8 then turns to look at her. Between shots, the three patches of blue slime on the side of his head change. In the first shot, they are all almost the same size as each other and shape like jelly beans. In the next shot, the top one is shaped like a guitar pick, the middle one has shrunk drastically, and the bottom one is now a triangle shape and overlapping the orange part of his head when it wasn't touching that before. (00:02:28)

Continuity mistake: When Rey goes to wipe some blue slime off BB-8's eye, there are spots of slime on the side of his head. Between shots, the two smaller spots move, with the bigger one overlapping more of the line of the white rectangle, and the smaller one moving below some of the lines on his face. Also, another orange rectangle on his face appears between the others. (00:02:33)

Continuity mistake: After they are safe, Rey uses her finger to wipe off a little of the blue slime from BB-8's eye. When she does, there is a lot of blue slime visible on her fingertip. Yet a moment later, when BB-8 shakes off the rest of the slime and she shields her face from it, her finger is now clean. She did not wipe it off, and yet the slime has vanished. (00:02:34)

Continuity mistake: After Rey runs her finger through the slime on BB-8's eye, he spins his head to shake off more slime from his head. Rey shields her face with her hand, then smiles at him again. Between these two moments, the slime on his lower body has moved around and changed. Notably, the white rectangle goes from having a corner sticking out of the slime to being fully covered, with more slime around it, and the slime on the right side moves further down and overlaps the dark crescent shape. (00:02:40)

Continuity mistake: As the camera cuts and pulls back for the last shot of the episode and is zooming out away from BB-8 and Rey, the slime that was on his body has suddenly all vanished. (00:02:43)
