Continuity mistake: When Roger comes home (after seeing Garrett's video), he has nothing in his hands or on his shirt. In one shot of him (when Trish says "I'm sorry"), his sunglasses are suddenly hanging on his shirt collar. (00:28:10)
Continuity mistake: When Roger is playing chess with his father-in-law, the pieces on the board keep changing in each shot, and too drastically to be moves done off screen. For example, at first Roger's left rook is not on its starting position but in other shots it is.
Continuity mistake: When Roger is in the room alone and about to pull out his camera, he sets his book down next to him. In the next shot it's between his legs and his camera bag is next to him.
Continuity mistake: When the family is in the room, the bookmark in the Tom Clancy book is sticking out when Riana is holding it and even when Trish hands it to Roger, but when we see him with it, the bookmark is barely visible and not sticking out.

Continuity mistake: When Cole is on the roof of the vehicle, both front windows are rolled down. However in some shots you see the passenger side window is rolled up. It's darkly tinted so it's obvious.
Continuity mistake: When Cole comes in and tells Erica the kid didn't do it, the way she holds up the piece of paper changes. Then she turns her hand to show him the other side, but in the next shot, she's holding it without her hand turned.
