Visible crew/equipment: When Luke and Bushmaster are fighting their way through the warehouse, there is a shot where Luke stands up after hitting a man against a conveyor belt and then runs underneath a small scaffolding, while Bushmaster is in the background climbing on top of the scaffolding. In this shot, while the camera is panning forward, just before the camera pans past the cardboard box on the floor, another camera can be seen briefly entering the shot toward the bottom left of the frame. Continuity mistake: When Missy goes to talk to Cockroach, in most shots his sling has a tiny bit of blood on the white strap, but in one brief shot before she leaves the strap is twisted and the blood isn't visible. It goes back to visible in the next shot.
Trivia: The yellow shirt, the green pants and the bracelets are the original outfit from Hero for hire Vol. 1 #1 of 1972.
