Continuity mistake: When Reade is in Weller's office, his face is still pretty bruised, especially around his left eye and cheek, from the drug dealers beating him. When he's talking to Zapata outside of Weller's office, his face isn't as bruised up.

Then it asks what is the square root of -1 over 2. It's impossible to get the square root of a negative number since any number times itself yields a positive number.
Suggested correction: Using complex numbers, the (square root of -1/2) = (1 over the square root of 2 times i).
