Continuity mistake: Mario's gloves and hands get skinned up by Sonic's spin attack during the free fall. And when Sonic's severed foot lands in Mario's hands, the damage is visible. But in the next shot when he starts jumping for joy, holding the foot, his hands are visible and his gloves suddenly look spotless and brand new. (00:18:05)
Black Widow VS Widowmaker (Marvel VS Overwatch) - S6-E3
Factual error: When Black Widow and Widowmaker fire the sniper shot at each other, there is a close up of the bullets grazing each other in mid air. However in this shot the bullets are animated as having the casings still attached while flying through the air. (00:15:30)
Ghost Rider VS Lobo (Marvel VS DC) - S6-E10
Audio problem: When Ghost Rider drives up and points at Lobo, he starts speaking. His mouth is moving, but when it cuts to a different angle just before Lobo runs him over, his mouth is now not moving while he's still speaking.
She-Ra VS Wonder Woman (He-Man VS DC) - S7-E10
Continuity mistake: In the intro when Boomstick is explaining She-Ra's sword, he mentions it's ability to freeze. After this it cuts to a close up of Wiz and suddenly he is further away from their TV with more of his desk and station positioned to his right, our left. (00:02:50)
Continuity mistake: Soul and Maka are walking across a small bridge, then when they get to the bottom of it, they suddenly are face to face with Ruby. They were going straight across the bridge and down the stairs. Yet in the side shot showing all three of them, Soul and Maka are to the left of the stairs and bridge, despite having just walked straight down from it. The new blocking would have had them walking across the water and gap next to the bridge. (00:15:20)
Continuity mistake: As Soul and Maka first come to face Ruby, the water puddles around Ruby change position from the frontal shot to the side shot. Notably, the big one behind Ruby to her right turns into a small one. (00:15:27)
Continuity mistake: After Soul and Maka first come across Ruby, there is a side view of them staring her down as a tumbleweed rolls by. Some stairs are in the background, and Soul is shown standing almost side by side with Maka, but slightly ahead of her. Then in the next shot, when it cuts to a frontal view, suddenly they are right in front of the stairs, and now Soul is much further up ahead of Maka. (00:15:31)
Continuity mistake: When Ruby gets excited seeing Soul turn into a scythe, she is suddenly much closer to the buildings, alleyway and lamp post that are behind her. (00:15:39)
Revealing mistake: As Ruby is about to blast Maka in the face with her gun, one of the little clip things on her thighs is clipping through her clothes and leg. (00:16:48)
Continuity mistake: During the fight on the rooftops, Ruby gets knocked back and says she will never stop fighting. In one shot, she's standing right at the top of the roof with the ^ shape between her legs. Then in the next shot, she is suddenly further down on the roof. (00:17:50)
Continuity mistake: After their first real clash of weapons, Soul taunts Ruby while in scythe form. Ruby jumps back and launches off a wall at Maka. Between these moments, Maka suddenly is further back, closer to the staircase, most easily able to tell by the puddle of water on the ground being behind her then in front of her.

Continuity mistake: When Buffy first spots her friend being dragged through the club in a shot from behind, there is a guy with frilly white sleeves to the right of the guy holding her friend's right arm. In the next shot from a different angle, suddenly the guy with the frilly sleeves has vanished. (00:16:38)

Continuity mistake: When Buffy's friend is tossed down before the Vampire queen, the vampire's hands are out, but in the first shot from the side, her arm is down by her side. Then in the next shot, as she's saying "we will remember who we were!", her arms are now outstretched, lifted like in a crucified pose. (00:17:18)

Continuity mistake: When Blade pulls out his lever-action shotgun and blasts the first vampire, the bar is behind him in the first shot with strange white tubes going all over the place. Then, after he blasts the vampire and it cuts to a close-up, the background behind Blade completely changes. (00:17:50)
Blade VS Buffy Summers - S12-E10
Factual error: Blade pulls out a lever action shotgun, flipping it in the classic move to load it while pulling it out, and blasts his first vampire in the episode. Moments later he aims it to the side and fires it again without loading a new round with the lever. Since it's lever action, he would have had to cock a new round into the shotgun before it would have fired again; however, this did not happen. And he is shown having to use the lever before shots moments later. (00:17:58)

Continuity mistake: Just after Buffy pulls out her crossbow, she gets into a grapple with a vampire, and they spin around with her crossbow draped over his shoulder just before she fires it into the face of another vampire. During their grapple, first she's holding his bicep, then in the next shot, suddenly her hand is up on his shoulder, with his hand up grabbing her wrist. (00:18:27)

Continuity mistake: Buffy throws a vampire against the wall before shooting him in the face with an arrow. When he hits the wall, he crumples up and has his arm down, but then in the next shot, suddenly his arm is up in the air with him sneering just before getting shot. (00:18:42)

Continuity mistake: Buffy fires an arrow from her crossbow that travels down the length of the bar, going through a vampire and then it gets caught by Blade. Then, in the next shot, as Blade starts to use the arrow to stab more vampires, the camera shows down the length of the bar towards the direction Buffy just fired it from, but she's not there. Note the stage lights behind her in the first shot for orientation. (00:18:47)

Continuity mistake: When Blade pulls out the UV bomb and throws it in the air, he's standing in the middle of the area where he just piledrived the Vampire Queen into the table. Then, after the light flashes and all the vampires are ashed, he's suddenly walking back into that same spot from the right of the room as if he was off screen. (00:19:08)

Continuity mistake: When Blade is walking towards Buffy and slashing her crossbow bolts out of the air, he is walking alongside the blood bar. On it, all the bottles and shot glasses are now different from what they were in all the previous shots of the episode. (00:19:17 - 00:20:11)
