Continuity mistake: Rainbow Dash catches Star Scream in a tornado and spins him around so fast in his jet form that you see one of his wings break off and fall away. He plummets to the ground and transforms into his robot form and begins to beg for his life. He suddenly has both wings again at this point.
Samurai Jack VS Afro Samurai - S5-E9
Continuity mistake: After jumping right behind Jack, Afro attempts to stab him, and Jack avoids it. When Jack turns back to face Afro, it looks like there is a bit of distance between them, despite Afro being right behind Jack in the exact previous shot.
Other mistake: When Shao Kahn rips M. Bison in half, M. Bison's hand is ripped apart too... and then stays attached to his body somehow.

Trivia: This is the first ever Death Battle episode done in live action.
Trivia: This was the first episode of the show with actual voice acting.
Trivia: Ben and Chad have stated in the past that if they ever do a series finale, that the very last episode of Death Battle would be between the two hosts of the show, Wiz and Boomstick.
