Continuity mistake: Foggy meets Brett at a subway and begins talking. He says they have been enemies since they were four but not to blame it on career choices. Between shots, Foggy's hand goes from down at his side to suddenly on his own chest. (00:09:58)
Continuity mistake: When the debt collector is talking to the man in the park eating area, there is a cup on the table in front of them with a straw sticking up, but leaning to one side. Each time the camera cuts to a different angle and even coming back to the same angles, the straw is always changing positions pointing in different directions. (00:19:36)
Continuity mistake: When Karen is telling Mat and Foggy the story, and mentions that things got blurry like she was drugged, she is making gestures with her hand. Between shots, the position of her hand changes from one spot to another. (00:27:30)
Factual error: At an eating area, a collector shows a man a computer screen with his daughter in real time and has her call him. She then speaks in the phone and you can see her lips and actions lining up perfectly with the words he is hearing. It would not be this perfectly in sink even in the most optimal of conditions. There is a slight delay between the video from the camera and sending that to the computer being shown. And then there is also a slight delay of the phone single traveling through one phone to the other. These would not line up right and so the father would not see the lips moving exactly with what he hears his daughter saying over the phone.
Continuity mistake: Foggy is on the phone with Mat, telling him about some people and he wishes he was blind. There are other pedestrians walking behind him in this shot. When it cuts to a close up, the people behind him suddenly disappear.
Rabbit in a Snow Storm - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: Turk is showing off a pistol at the start of the episode to John before buying it. Before he says the gun will not jam, he is pointing it to his left, but when he says his name in the angle change, it's pointed to the right. (00:02:00)
In the Blood - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: Karen is talking to Urich in a diner as he is drinking from a mug. As she is saying there has to be a trail, the camera is behind Urich and pointing at him fiddling with his cup. In this shot, he places his thumb over the rim of the cup down inside it. Then in the next shot from over Karen's shoulder, suddenly he is just holding the cup normally. (00:12:24)
Continuity mistake: After Matt and Claire kiss, she says she wondered when he would do that. In that shot, he has both of his hands up on her shoulders, and she is holding one of her own hands against her chest. It then cuts to a side view and now only he has one hand on her, further down her arm and her hand is down. (00:05:07)
Visible crew/equipment: Wesley enters Vladimir's office to talk with him and Vladimir had a large white window behind him. As they talk, the reflection of a green screen of these windows is in Wesley's glasses. (00:06:34)
Continuity mistake: After the Madame Gao speaks to Fisk when he arrives, Fisk's mouth is hanging a little open. It cuts to a different angle after Wesley translates and suddenly his mouth is shut. (00:10:20)
Continuity mistake: Matt is talking to Sgt. Brett who sets down a pen on his desk. After Brett starts to get up and lifts up his cup, the pen is still on his paper. When the camera cuts to an over the shoulder view from Brett, the pen vanishes. (00:21:53)
Continuity mistake: Foggy and Karen enter Mrs. Cardenas' apartment. He stops at a break in the wall and turns to face her table. It then cuts to a close up as she's walking up behind him and suddenly Foggy has his head turned looking into another room. (00:28:49)
Continuity mistake: When Karen, Matt and Foggy are in Matt's office discussing, Karen looks over at Foggy and has her hair raked back over and behind her ear. When it cuts to a close up of her, she now has a lock of hair down over her cheek. (00:17:15)
Continuity mistake: At the art gallery, after Matt tells Fisk that he's aware of his work as well, Vanessa tells Fisk that Matt is looking to buy some art. Fisk is looking directly at Matt in the first shot, but in the next he has his head turned to look at Vanessa. (00:23:44)
Continuity mistake: After Foggy shows Matt the plaque for their office names, Foggy is speaking to him and his hair is over his ear. It cuts to a closer angle and suddenly he has his hair raked behind his ear. (00:30:54)
Continuity mistake: When Nobu drags Matt across the floor, he leaves a massive trail of blood, but in the wide shot of Matt, the trail is gone. (00:48:30)

Continuity mistake: After Fisk says we don't always get what we want, not in this world. Wesley responds that someone of us deserve to. Wesley is looking over at Fisk in this shot. It cuts to a different angle and now Wesley is looking down. (00:22:19)

Revealing mistake: When Matt is running across the rooftops doing Parkour to keep up with the car he's following, there is a shot of him running towards another roof about to jump. In this shot, it's clear there is a stunt double in Charlie Cox's place. (00:29:27)
