Yu-Gi-Oh! GX

Pro-Dueling - S2-E38

Other mistake: When Crowler and Bonaparte approach Damon and Mathmatica during their duel, Mathmatica appears to have 4000 life points. A couple minutes later, when Mathmatica loses 1000 life points due to Damon correctly guessing which card he would draw, Mathmatica's life points are now 3000 (which then go down to 2000). No Pain, No Game - S2-E13

Other mistake: After Cyber End Dragon has been summoned and its attack points have doubled, the next shot of Zane shows Chimeratech Overdragon on his duel disk, instead of Cyber End Dragon. (00:16:10)

Casual Person

The Demon - S2-E5

Other mistake: When Zane has Cyber End Dragon attack Elemental Hero Shining Phoenix Enforcer, Aster activates a trap card that allows him to send 5 monsters to the graveyard. One of these monsters is Elemental Hero Clayman, but it's shaded orange, and since Clayman is not an effect monster, it should be shaded yellow. (00:18:55)

Casual Person

Pro-Dueling - S2-E38

Other mistake: When Damon summons Doron to Mathmatica's side of the field due to Mathmatica activating Illegal Summon, the monster is summoned in defence mode, but the display reads ATK, indicating that it is in attack mode. (00:05:18)

Let's Make a Duel - S2-E29

Other mistake: When Jaden destroys Slifer 30, Bob tells him he has to drink a full bowl of water in 60 seconds. Once he finishes the bowl, water is shown dripping from his head and splashing up from the bowl, meaning that the bowl couldn't have been empty. (00:14:14)

Camaraderie Contest - S2-E12

Other mistake: Just after Syrus has summoned Ambulance Rescueroid to the field, he uses the effect of Cyber Summon Blaster to inflict 300 points of damage to Hassleberry. At this point, Hassleberry should have 2900 life points (which then go down to 2600). But for a split-second, his life point count reads 4000, which then shifts to 2900 when his life points go down. A New Breed of Hero: Part 2 - S2-E7

Other mistake: Aster uses the effect of Magical Stone Excavation to send two cards to the graveyard to bring back one spell card. Polymerization is coming out of his graveyard, but a second later, it is now Misfortune that returned from the graveyard. (00:14:10)

Casual Person

A New Breed of Hero: Part 1 - S2-E6

Other mistake: After Jaden activates Miracle Fusion, he removes Elemental Heroes Flame Wingman and Sparkman from his graveyard (and removes them from play) so that he can summon Shining Flare Wingman. In the shot of the cards coming out of the duel disk, Sparkman is shaded orange. But since Sparkman is not an effect monster, it should be shaded yellow. (00:14:50)

Casual Person

A New Breed of Hero: Part 1 - S2-E6

Other mistake: When Jaden has Elemental Hero Flame Wingman attack Aster's Elemental Hero Clayman, the Clayman card appears to be orange. However, monster cards are only orange when they have a special ability, and since Clayman doesn't have an ability, it should be yellow. (00:10:54)

Casual Person

The Demon - S2-E5

Other mistake: When Zane activates Trap Jammer, the monster Elemental Hero Bubbleman can be seen on his duel disk, even though Cyber Dragon is the only monster on his field and Zane does not have Bubbleman in his deck. (00:09:57)

Curry Worries - S2-E11

Other mistake: After Hassleberry activates Survival Instinct and removes from play two dinosaur monsters, the attack points of Curry Fiend Roo go up by 600. However, on the point display that is shown when the points go up, the word DEF can be seen, indicating that it is in defence mode. Since it is the attack points of this card that are going up, and it is currently in attack mode, the word ATK should have been shown in the point display instead. (00:16:18)

Casual Person

Future Changes - S2-E52

Other mistake: When Jaden summons Elemental Hero Neos using his Silent Doom card, Neos is in defence mode when it appears on the field, but on the point display that appears when a monster is summoned, the word ATK is listed, meaning that it is in attack mode, when it should say DEF (defence mode). (00:10:20)

Casual Person

Ultimate Destiny - S2-E46

Other mistake: When Aster summons Destiny Heroes Diamond Dude and Captain Tenacious to the field, they are summoned in defence mode, but on the points display, the word ATK is shown, indicating that it is in attack mode. (00:14:42)

Casual Person

The Dark Light - S2-E45

Other mistake: When Dr Collector activates Graceful Charity for the second time, he has it in his right hand. He then appears to lower the card off-screen, but then he goes to draw three cards from his deck with his right hand. He never placed Graceful Charity on his duel disk or sent it to his graveyard. It's just never seen in his hand again. (00:12:24)

Casual Person

Pro-Dueling - S2-E38

Other mistake: When Alexis activates her Ritual Weapon spell, her Cyber Angel Benten gains 1500 attack points. When this happens, the Life Point display is shown to display the Benten's attack points going from 1800 to 3300, instead of the Attack Point display that should've been shown. (00:13:40)

Casual Person

Pro-Dueling - S2-E38

Other mistake: When the MaƮtre D increases the attack points of his Bacchus monster, the Life Point display is shown to display the attack point count going from 1600 to 1900, and not the Attack Point display that is usually shown. (00:11:09)

Casual Person

Rah, Rah Ra! - S2-E33

Other mistake: Franz gives up 1000 life points to destroy all monsters on Jaden's field, going from 2200 to 1200. Later, Franz activates Winged Dragon of Ra's secret ability, allowing him to sacrifice all but 1 life point to add it to Ra. However, when this happens, his life point count starts at 4000, when it was 1200 earlier. Ra gains 1199 attack points, so it does gain the correct number of points, but it was still wrong for the life point count to read 4000. (00:12:45 - 00:14:30)

Magnetic Personality - S2-E30

Other mistake: Jaden throws his fishing hook at the ocean, and it lands on Aster's steak. When Jaden goes to pull it back to him thinking it's a fish, Aster snaps the hook from the fishing rod, leaving the hook attached to the steak. Aster then continues eating the steak, but the hook cannot be seen inside it, even though it was never removed from the steak. (00:02:57)

Casual Person

Magnetic Personality - S2-E30

Other mistake: When Jaden yanks Aster's steak into the air after mistaking it for a fish, Aster snatches the steak back with his fork. However, the steak had already been pulled into the air, so it would have been impossible for him to reach it. (00:02:56)

Obelisk White? - S2-E18

Other mistake: When Chazz summons Armed Dragon LV3 in attack mode, the Life Point display is shown to display the monster's attack points, rather than the Attack Point display that is usually shown. (00:06:55)

Grave Risk: Part 2 - S1-E28

Continuity mistake: At the end of the battle between Jaden Yuki and Gravekeeper's Chief, just as the explosion settles, in one shot you see the Gravekeeper's Spear card to the left of Gravekeeper's Chief on the duel disk. However in the next shot Gravekeeper's Spear is replaced with Magician of Black Chaos, which Chief neither has in his deck or ever played in the match. (00:13:35)
