Continuity mistake: When Jack is driving to avoid the missile, he is sitting on the right side like all cars in England, but when he steps down from the car in the traffic jam, he steps out from the left side, and the driving wheel is seen in the left side like American cars.

Continuity mistake: When Jack, Kate, and Simone switch cars while the drone is following them, Jack runs through some construction and hits a car, breaking the left headlight. A few shots later, the headlight is no longer broken.

Continuity mistake: The CIA have Basher in a Jeep with number plate WM13 GJJ. The very next scene, Tanner is being transported in a Jeep with exactly the same plate (you can see this just before the clock ticks to 1:34:55). Shortly after you see the CIA and Basher again in the same Jeep.

Answer: No, it's right. The miniseries wasn't a complete renewal of the original series, but instead was promoted as a 'limited-run' series. Since it only covered twelve hours instead of twenty-four, the final episode skips over the eleven hours after 11:00 pm and picks up in the last few minutes between 10:00 am and 11:00 am.
