Bender Should Not Be Allowed on TV - S5-E15
Corrected entry: Whenever the Network Execubot is talking it appears in a box with a scroll bar like it was just a file playing. Naturally if it were actually talking this would not happen. I think it must be a deliberate mistake, making fun of this sort of error that often happens in films (there is a good example of this in Jurassic Park), as it's ridiculous that they would have animated this and not realised the error.
Correction: This is a gag, not a goof, EXACTLY as you noted. There is no goof.

Corrected entry: Calculon says in this episode that as a robot he never sleeps at night. But we have seen Bender and numerous other robots sleep on several different occasions - he even dreams about "killing all humans" when he is asleep.
Correction: Calculon could be a model of robot that doesn't require a "sleeping" period at night. Alternatively, it could be unnecessary for robots to sleep, but in order to conserve energy when they don't need to do anything they go into a state of low power consumption, seeing as it would probably take energy for a robot to stay turned on, and what would be the point of being turned on while all humans are asleep and unable to give the robot orders?

Corrected entry: This is the only episode in which Bender doesn't mention he drinks to power up his fuel cells, in fact he say "I can quit anytime I want" when Fry challenges him about it. Clearly the writers hadn't decided that this is why he drinks, as in later episodes he explains all the time. (00:10:00)
Correction: In the episode where Bender converts to religion, he reveals he can drink clean efficient oil instead of alcohol, presumably meaning he can power up his cells without drinking beer.

Corrected entry: The 3 coloured balls Bender and Kissinger are talking to move position several times - instantly, particularly the purple and blue ones on the outside.
Correction: Watch the scene. They are floating about aimlessly all the time. Of course they change places.

Corrected entry: The parachute Fry opens just before he hits the ground disappears when he starts riding the ball away.
Correction: Just prior to riding the ball, Fry is covered by about 9-12 balls. In that time, he could have cut the parachute lines.

The Devil's Hands Are Idle Playthings - S5-E16
Corrected entry: When Fry is playing the Holophoner on the balcony and Leela finds him, he writes down some musical notation which follows standard modern notation, but is totally incorrect for what he has just been playing.
Correction: Don't forget Fry is stupid and will play something else.

Corrected entry: When Leela first squeezes the toy Fry leaves her, you can see that eye that pops out is blue. Later on (when she breaks it) the eye has changed to red.
Correction: Remember, most of this episode is actually a dream that was created by Leela while she was in a coma. Things changing around suddenly is quite common.

Corrected entry: If you add up Bender's "metallic constituents" throughout the entire show, it comes to something like 200%, which of course is impossible. He claims at various points that he is 40% titanium, 40% zinc, 40% "dolomite", 30% iron, and there are several others. Naturally, if you add these together it comes to more than 100% which cannot be the case.
Correction: True, he says at various points he is made of several metallic constituents. However, in at least one episode (Episode 203, A Head in the Polls), he sells his body because of the price of titanium. Other episodes he was shot, exploded (Ep. 207), etc. Therefore it is possible that he DID consist of these metallic percentages, but at varying times. On top of this, Bender is a compulsive liar. He may just be saying he is 40% of whatever fits the situation.
