Mummy on the Orient Express - S8-E8
Continuity mistake: When Perkins leaves the TARDIS, Clara's hair clip is on the left side of her hair, but in her close-up (00:43:25) when Clara asks the Doctor, "Do you love it," the clip has switched to the right side of her hair, because it's a flipped shot. Then the clip changes back to her left side. (00:43:25)

Flux: Chapter One - The Halloween Apocalypse - S13-E1
Continuity mistake: At the very start, when Yaz says, "Oh yeah, we are totally in command," just as it begins to zoom out, the handcuff around Yaz's right wrist has the double bar facing out and her left wrist has the single bar facing out, but in following shots both handcuffs are facing the same way. Similarly, this occurs with the Doctor's handcuffs around both wrists, when the Doctor keeps trying the voice recognition. (00:00:10)

Visible crew/equipment: When River punches the Doctor, laying him out, just as he drops to the floor we can see the actor's green tape mark at River's feet. (00:33:20)

The Pyramid at the End of the World - S10-E8
Continuity mistake: While the Doctor, et al. Are in the pyramid with the Monks, when the Monk tells the Secretary General that if his consent isn't pure it will kill him, Xiaolian is standing right behind him in shots facing the Secretary General and shots facing the Monk, but in the one shot of the Secretary General as he's being vaporized Xiaolian has vanished, but Xiaolian is still standing in the same spot in the shot facing the Monk. The Pyramid at the End of the World - S10-E8
Visible crew/equipment: Right before the TARDIS materializes in the lab at Agrofuel, there's an overhead shot of Erica at the desk, and the two green tape X marks on the floor behind her are visible, precisely where Douglas had collapsed and his white protective gear should be. Note there's an earlier overhead shot of the same area before the incident, when Erica brings Douglas the coffee, and those tape marks are not there. (00:32:50)

Trivia: At the beginning of the scene where Clara persuades Rigsy to give her his chronolock, a poster can be seen on a wall in the background, reading "DeLorean" (a Back to the Future reference) in Aurebesh (the writing system from Star Wars). (00:25:00)

Other mistake: After the Doctor tells Bill that Heather's face isn't symmetrical, when he and Bill look into the "puddle" together the Doctor explains that instead of seeing her normal backwards reflection, she's seeing her face "the right way round." The problem occurs in the next shot of the Doctor and Bill seen in the puddle, because the "WOW!" patch on Bill's jacket is properly where it should be, but note everything else is actually backwards. Things such as Bill's color-block top and her denim jacket buttons are on the opposite way. Also note the Doctor's ring has switched hands. Presumably this shot was edited, and the "WOW!" patch was blurred on the left of Bill's jacket then digitally added to the right side, to give the appearance that it's "the right way round" as the Doctor said. Continuity mistake: When the Doctor and Clara are on the rooftop terrace, there's a distinctive design on the Doctor's bow tie, but when he's in the coffee shop the bow tie's design differs, and when he runs outside to ask if Clara's okay it changes back, then it changes again when he's in back the shop. Additionally, when the walking base station Doctor uploads Clara it's wearing a bow tie, and its design also changes on the motorbike and in Kizlet's office.

Continuity mistake: Miss Kizlet wears a large silver brooch on her suit's right lapel in every shot of her, but after Clara notices the lights going out behind her house, when it cuts back to the office Kizlet's brooch switches to her left lapel just before it cuts back to the Doctor and Clara, and since the brooch has a distinctive design we can tell that it's a flipped shot. Continuity mistake: When Clara and the Doctor watch the lights going out, they first stand in front of the chair, but when the Doctor notes that some planes have WiFi, they stand behind the chair. That chair switches from in front of them to behind them another couple of times. (00:25:03)

The Angels Take Manhattan - S7-E6
Continuity mistake: When they are back in the cemetery at the end, the Angel shows up right behind Rory. In the first shot facing Rory, as the camera zooms in on a close-up of the Angel, the Angel's right arm/hand is pointing straight out, and its left open hand is up in a grabbing position. After River asks where the hell it came from, in the Angel's next close-up and all subsequent close-ups, its arm/hand positions are reversed - left hand is pointing straight out and its right hand is up. Yet in every shot of the Doctor, River and Amy together, in the foreground we see the Angel's left hand is up in the grabbing position. (00:37:35)
