Corrected entry: Batman couldn't possibly have his own credit card. Obtaining a credit card requires proof of identification and a billing address, neither of which Batman would submit for obvious reasons. And although the Bat-credit card may be a jokey reference to the 60s TV series, Batman still demonstrates his intent on using the card to secure his bid for a date with Poison Ivy, which means that in the context of the film, the credit card is functional.

Corrected entry: In the spring of 2007, WWE ran a storyline in which Vince McMahon was apparently murdered in a limousine explosion, which was subsequently investigated by the FBI. The storyline was later changed to Vince coming out and saying he faked his death. This being the case, he should be spending several years in a federal prison for faking his own death, committing an act of arson and property damage, endangering the public, and defrauding the FBI (Yes we all know that professional wrestling is not real, but as it works from a script, it is subject to the same mistakes as any other TV show or film. This is also mostly for humor purposes so please don't take this too seriously).
Correction: Using your logic many wrestlers should be arrested for assault with a deadly weapon (chairs or other such weapons) or even attempted murder (Undertaker being put in a casket and lit on fire). All of these stories require quite a degree of suspension of disbelief. And since we do not know exactly how the "Exploding Limo" story was supposed to end due to a real life tragedy, this can not be considered a mistake.

Punisher: War Zone (2008)
Corrected entry: Part of the Punisher's objective in his war against crime is to protect innocent civilians. Yet at one point in the movie he chooses to dispatch an enemy on a rooftop by using a rocket launcher, even though the rocket could have missed and collided with a nearby building and killed several innocents.
Correction: Unfortunately for the innocent civilians, The Punisher's ONLY objective is to punish violent criminals. He's not The Protector, he's The Punisher.
This correction demonstrates a fundamental misunderstanding of the Punisher as a character. Just because he's called the Punisher, it doesn't mean he has no moral code or doesn't care about innocent people. This film, for all of its many flaws, even shows him questioning himself after he mistakenly murders an undercover FBI agent.
Additionally, the main plot of this film is the Punisher protecting the family of the murdered FBI agent from the mobsters he infiltrated. If punishing criminals was his only objective as you suggested, then he wouldn't go out of his way to help the family. He would just spray bullets at the criminals and shrug off whatever collateral damage he causes in the process.
If you read some of his comics, he has pursued enemies in front of innocent people and some have been caught in the crossfire sadly. Not really an error.

Corrected entry: The Russian mobster who gets stabbed through the throat with the glass shard doesn't even react to Jigsaw breaking the glass and lunging at him with it despite the fact that they were sitting across from each other. The mobster wasn't looking directly at Jigsaw but he was still looking in that direction and should have seen him coming in his peripheral vision.
Correction: Some people have poor peripheral vision and slow reactions.

Corrected entry: Ignoring the fact that a mass murderer would never be given legal immunity, Jigsaw was only given legal immunity for his previous crimes leading up to the sting he helped the FBI set up. He wouldn't be given immunity for any crimes after the sting and any self-respecting law enforcement agency would place surveillance on him and arrest him the moment he breaks any kind of law.

Corrected entry: The FBI wants the Punisher off the streets because he kills criminals. However the FBI has no problem letting Jigsaw and his gang run around freely even though they murder innocent people. It's not because the FBI are corrupt because they placed a mole in Jigsaw's unit and had been running surveillance on him for the first portion of the movie, not to mention the fact that they arrested him for trying to murder the Donatellis. It also has nothing to do with the sting they set up to stop the distribution of the biological weapon, because the FBI simply let Jigsaw go after the sting was finished. They wouldn't need to rely on the Punisher killing Jigsaw either, since they already had him in custody and could amass many criminal charges against him that would eventually send him to prison. The only logical explanation for this is that the filmmakers needed to further the story and could not come up with a reasonable way to put Jigsaw back on the streets, hence this is a legitimate plot hole.
Correction: The FBI let Jigsaw go because he legally bargained with them for immunity in exchange for the information the FBI needed to set up the sting. As the previous correction for this mistake stated, the FBI are very concerned with Jigsaw's actions, but their hands have been tied. They have to look after the good of the entire country, not just a single city.

This was previously corrected citing FBI corruption, however this is not the case. If the FBI in this film were in fact corrupt, they never would have planted a mole in Jigsaw's unit, nor would they have arrested him at the Donatelli residence, nor would they want to arrest the Punisher. This is further reinforced by the fact that the FBI were reluctant to strike a plea bargain with Jigsaw to begin with.
Correction: The FBI thought it more important to stop the sale and distribution of a biological weapon that could kill billions than to stop one single man from committing crimes. Sort of like Crime-based Triage. It's not that the FBI had "no problem" with what Jigsaw was doing, they were just prioritizing. They expected Punisher to kill Jigsaw anyway. They got two birds with one stone this way.
