Continuity mistake: In the scene with Buzzsaw, after Richards ties the rope around a metal spike, Buzzsaw flies off his bike and lands face down. When Richards approaches Buzzsaw, he is still face down. Then when Richards starts to reach down to grab the chainsaw, Buzzsaw's arm comes up to choke Richards and he is now lying on his back. Richards would have reacted quicker, since Buzzsaw would have had to flip over on his back to grab Richards.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Fletch is in the chief's office, he get thrown up against the wall of pictures. There are two pictures over his left shoulder and the top picture drops to the floor. After cutting to the chief and then back to Fletch, the picture is back on the wall making it two over Fletch's left shoulder. (00:45:20)

Continuity mistake: When Jack and Annie arrive in the ambulance, as Jack leaves the ambulance he closes the side door. However, when Annie gets bored and gets up to leave the ambulance via the same exit that Jack did earlier, that door is now open.
