Question: When does Catwoman show up at the Monarch Theater? She's there when Batman brings out Joker's body, yet she mentions he'll be busy with the Joker for a while after this. So when does she get there?

Stupidity: Given he got what he wanted out of The Mad Hatter, it makes no sense for Prof Strange to send him into Arkham City when he could've made him disappear quietly after using him to get Warden Sharp on Strange's side.

Stupidity: Batman should have tried appealing to Mr Freeze's humanity by telling him his wife wouldn't want him to withhold medicine from Batman and thus possibly avoided a fight.

Stupidity: Surely Joker's blood would have been tested prior to being accepted into use at Gotham's hospitals.

Plot hole: Several: 1. How did Hush get Batman's fingerprints on the knife? 2. How can the likes of Mad Hatter, Zsasz, and Deadshot go through the prison city without being spotted? 3. Why wouldn't Batman suspect Ra's al Ghul of being the power behind Strange once he discovered him in the prison city?

Stupidity: Regardless of his schedule in the side mission "A Shot In The Dark," Deadshot could've killed Batman while he was talking to his first target.

Plot hole: How Joker, Clayface, Talia, and several of Joker's goons make it to Park Row during Protocol Ten is never revealed.

Question: Where did Two-Face get a vat of acid from?

Plot hole: They only say Harley Quinn took the cure. Impossible given the back entrance was sealed up with ice and Bat-Man could only get in the front with the REC gadget.

Stupidity: Mr Freeze should've realised a healthy Batman would have a better chance of finding his wife.

Other mistake: In the side mission "Identity Thief" Hush leaves Arkham City after revealing he now looks like Bruce Wayne. Problem is how he's able to, especially with Penguin's reward for bringing Bruce Wayne to him.
