Stupidity: Batman should've noticed the pink pants the bat creature wore when it attacked him in the zoo thus showing it wasn't Kirk Langstrom. He's noticed things in other fights.

Well it'd seem ridiculous given his changes probably happen at any time like The Lizard's who also never changes pants.

So Kurt Conners and Kirk Langstrom both wear the same pants for the rest of their lives? They never change clothes when in human form?

Plot hole: It doesn't seem possible Batman could reach Scarecrow's hideout before him as he had a head start while Batman had to get off his falling zeppelin with Doctor Long.

Question: Why did Batman stop Clay Face's treatment?

Answer: Because he stole a chemical from his lab.

But Batman knew that with it, Clayface could permanently retain his shape and Clayface desperately wanted to be Matt Hagen again. In a sense, Batman stopped Clayface from becoming human.

Continuity mistake: When Jervis Tetch is shown he's around 5'5 maybe with blue eyes and sandy white looking hair. Yet the day after his night out with Alice he's suddenly around Bruce Wayne's size with blond hair and his eyes are no longer blue.
