Continuity mistake: Indiana has his satchel on him at the beginning of the 3 challenges and up to the point when he is entering the resting place of the grail. As soon as he enters the cavern where the Knight is, and he stands up, he no longer has the satchel.

Continuity mistake: When Marcus enters the classroom he leans up against a wall and there are 2 girls in the front row next to him. When the bell rings, the girls are the first two students to leave the classroom. Seconds later when Indy looks over to Marcus the same two girls are just getting up from their desks.

Continuity mistake: Indy and a Nazi soldier are fighting in the cab of the truck when they come to a place where a stone building is being built. As the truck is driving into the scaffolding, several rocks come down and hit the truck and remove the rack from the top. Moments later the rack is back in place. (02:50:00 - 03:01:00)

Continuity mistake: As the Thugee ceremony comes to an end, you see the stage hands exit and the spectators get up and start to leave. The next scene shows Short round looking over the edge and the stage hands are still on the stage, just starting to leave and some of the spectators are still in the process of standing up to leave.

Continuity mistake: When Sallah pulls his rifle and overtakes the Nazis at the Great Seal he is in the forefront with the Nazis in front of him and Indy and his father are behind him. Within the next scene he is now in the background with his rifle resting in his arms.

Continuity mistake: When Indiana, Short Round, and Willie are watching the ceremony at the Temple of Doom, just after Indy says "nobody has seen this for 100 years" you can also see Indy, shirtless, down near the alter on the top left of the screen and the skull is lit up. When Mola Ram walks out, it isn't.
