Continuity mistake: When Ashley is working at "rock and Bowl", Jake and McFly come in and hear their song on the radio. When they first hear it, they are sitting down and taking of their jackets etc. Dougie Poynter first has his jacket around his elbow and is taking his arm out, then he does this again from a different angle, then his arm is completely out and his jacket is on one shoulder. Revealing mistake: During "Many a New Day", when Laurie sings "many a red sun will set" and before they all hear the Cummings girl laugh outside, Laurie and two others are looking into a mirror. The actresses are actually looking into the camera through a mirror frame, to give the illusion that we are seeing their reflections. When the girl with the long black hair joins them, you see her run in from the side, then her "reflection" in the mirror. However, if it was a real mirror, you wouldn't see her run in from the side. Continuity mistake: Just before "Many a New Day", when Laurie enters the house, there are two women discussing the fact that Curley has "taken up with that Cummings gal", the girl with the long, black hair gasps and looks at Laurie. Notice how straight her hair is: it is completely straight except for a few curls at the very bottom. Later on during the same song, when Laurie sings "many a light lad may kiss and fly", the same girl walks into the shot, and her hair is now very wavy. The amount of waves in her hair changes repeatedly until the end of the song. (00:37:55 - 00:39:15)

Continuity mistake: When the Young Gangster and Freddie Mays go to see Lennie Taylor, after the guys have beat the man up with the golf clubs, Freddie and Young Gangster get out of the car and start to walk up the street. He has a different shaped face and a different outfit. You see this boy earlier, claiming the sausages are mouldy, but there he has blonde hair.

Bet is holding a bowl in her left hand. When it cuts, to show them from the front, Bet is now holding the bowl in her right hand and the other is holding her skirt.

Deliberate mistake: When Fagin shakes Oliver's hand (when he first meets him) there is a blonde haired boy standing right behind Oliver, but in the shots from behind him, the boy is gone. This may be because the camera is just behind where the boy was and he had to move so they could get the shots from this angle.

Continuity mistake: When Oliver first meets Fagin, he says " aren't we, my dears?" Dodger replies "'course we are Fagin" Dodger then looks up at Fagin and stops smiling. But when the camera zooms in, he does the same thing again, you can tell by his expression that it is the same shot but from a different angle.

Continuity mistake: When Edward pushes Jim out the window, he stabs him in the stomach first. When Jim is backing toward the window, we can see a rip in his shirt where he was stabbed, but when his body is on the ground, there is no rip and the blood is much higher than where he was stabbed.

Continuity mistake: During "the 24 hour race". Hammond and Clarkson are helping to put extra 'racing car bits' to their car. In the one of the shots of Jeremy and the fuel tank, you can see the sponsor stickers they stuck on. But the audience hasn't seen them being stuck on yet. In shots after, there are no stickers; until we see them being added.

Continuity mistake: We've seen the arrangement of Joey and Chandler's bathroom in two previous episodes (1x3, The One with the Thumb, and 1x12, The One with the Dozen Lasagnas) with the sink opposite the bathroom door. In this episode the sink is relocated and the bath/shower is now opposite the bathroom door, for the rest of the series.

Continuity mistake: When Paul (the hotel manager) finds Timmons in the kitchen when Timmons had been shot and is bleeding, we see Timmons with his hands on his blood that is on his shirt. When Paul comforts him, he puts his bloody hands on Paul's white shirt, but when we see Paul outside the hotel, there is no stain from Timmon's blood.

Plot hole: In the opening text scroll, it is said that the creatures live in the dark, and the name of the movie is "Alone in the Dark". But at the very end (when Edward and Aline are walking around the deserted city), the camera zooms in on the couple suddenly, implied they were attacked by one of the monsters, but in broad daylight.
