Continuity mistake: Just before "Be back soon", Dodgers asks Fagin if Oliver can go out with him and Charlie, earlier we see that Charlie is a small boy with dark hair and a black bakerboy hat. This same boy tells Dodger and Oliver to hurry up at the very end of "Be back soon". But when they arrive in London, Charlie is now someone different. He has a different shaped face and a different outfit. You see this boy earlier, claiming the sausages are mouldy, but there he has blonde hair.

Continuity mistake: When Dodger, Charlie and Oliver first arrive in London after "Be Back Soon," the camera shows the old woman's sweet stall in shadow. But when Dodger and Charlie steal from it, it is in full sun.

Continuity mistake: In the last scene, when Dodger and Fagin are singing together, Dodger sings, "Once the villain, you're a villain to the end!" and the right corner of his fringe is tucked up into his hat. But when Fagin says, "Your light fingers," it is down again.

Continuity mistake: During 'It's A Fine Life', Nancy fills a bowl of soup to give to Bill. Just after she fills it, she puts her arm round Bet's shoulder and Bet puts hers round Nancy's waist. Bet is holding a bowl in her left hand. When it cuts, to show them from the front, Bet is now holding the bowl in her right hand and the other is holding her skirt.

Deliberate mistake: When Fagin shakes Oliver's hand (when he first meets him) there is a blonde haired boy standing right behind Oliver, but in the shots from behind him, the boy is gone. This may be because the camera is just behind where the boy was and he had to move so they could get the shots from this angle.

Continuity mistake: When Oliver first meets Fagin, he says " aren't we, my dears?" Dodger replies "'course we are Fagin" Dodger then looks up at Fagin and stops smiling. But when the camera zooms in, he does the same thing again, you can tell by his expression that it is the same shot but from a different angle.

Continuity mistake: When Oliver first meets Fagin, he comes out with a sausage on a poker, in the shots from behind Oliver, the poker is at Oliver's eye level, but in the the shots from behind Fagin, it is much lower.

Continuity mistake: When Edward pushes Jim out the window, he stabs him in the stomach first. When Jim is backing toward the window, we can see a rip in his shirt where he was stabbed, but when his body is on the ground, there is no rip and the blood is much higher than where he was stabbed.

Continuity mistake: When Edward saves Kevin from getting run over, he cuts his cheek. The blood disappears from his face after Jim gets out of the van and the camera goes back to Edward and Kevin.

Continuity mistake: During "the 24 hour race". Hammond and Clarkson are helping to put extra 'racing car bits' to their car. In the one of the shots of Jeremy and the fuel tank, you can see the sponsor stickers they stuck on. But the audience hasn't seen them being stuck on yet. In shots after, there are no stickers; until we see them being added.

Revealing mistake: When Septimus stabs the Soothsayer at the shoreline, when he pulls his knife out, there is no blood on it. (00:39:40)

Continuity mistake: When Lamia fakes crying and pretends to let Tristan and Yvaine go, the back of her dress changes slightly. When she first turns round, through the criss-cross at the back, you can see the goldish coloured fabric. But in the next shot, the gold is gone and all you can see is black. (01:49:55)

Continuity mistake: When the children are on Olaf's boat after Aunt Josephine has been eaten, Mr. Poe and the detective arrive. When Poe says he was wrong about Olaf, Sunny's hood is covering part of her face. When the camera goes to the orphans, you can't see her face at all because she is leaning in to Violet, and when the camera goes back to Olaf, her hood is completely off her face. (01:10:55)

Trivia: When the villagers are pushing the catapult to the castle so they can get Robin and Azeem inside, the person on the very right of the screen is wearing the same clothes as Will and has the same hair style, but it is definitely not Christian Slater. It is his stunt double.

Continuity mistake: During the Cell Block Tango, 'Pop' dances with her partner while she sings. When she says "not chewing, popping!", she turns her head sharply and some of her hair lands on her partners hat. When she says, "You pop that gum," she moves and the hair falls off, but in the close up, it is on his hat again in the same position. (00:24:15)

Continuity mistake: When Mulder pulls the nail from Blockhead's nose, the pliers are at The End of the nail, but in later shots it changes to the middle and then back to The End.

Continuity mistake: When the Hogwarts letters arrive at the burrow, Percy hands them out. He hands one to Fred and then passes one over Fred to give to George. But in the shot from behind the twins (looking at Harry and Ron), George receives another one. He is at the end of the table, so there is no one for him to pass it to because Arthur obviously didn't get one. (00:13:20)

Continuity mistake: When Wood first spots the Slytherin quidditch team on their way to practice, you can see Ron and Hermione sitting on a bench in the background. You see Hermione put the book she is holding down beside her, and in the close-up, she puts it down again. (00:36:45)

Continuity mistake: Just as Ron turns downward when Harry says 'we need to find the train', Hedwig looks out the window behind Ron. In the next shot, her entire body is facing the window behind Harry. (00:23:25)
