Continuity mistake: When the police are taking Tessa to the safehouse and they spot Richie following on his motorcycle, the cop on the back tells Tessa to get down and pulls her down in the back seat. We then cut to a long shot of Richie following the car, and Tessa is sitting up on the passenger side. When the police pull over to arrest Richie, the cop in the back seat is again holding Tessa down. (00:34:30)

Continuity mistake: When Gideon warns Sara not to use magic to put the books in the library back on the shelves, her arms are at her sides. A second later, the shot changes to over her shoulder as Leo orbs in and she has a nearly full armload of books. (00:08:55)

Trivia: In case you've ever wondered why everyone in the universe speaks English, Time Lords have the ability to telepathically understand and speak any language they hear and they're able to share this ability with their companions. (As for why everyone in the universe has a British accent, this can be put down to the fact that the Doctor is an Anglophile.).

Continuity mistake: In the parking garage, after Sydney knocks the machine pistol out of the hit man's hands, it lands with the barrel pointing away from The Two of them and remains in that position during their entire fight. When Sydney grabs it off the ground, the barrel is pointing toward them. (00:43:30 - 00:44:10)

Continuity mistake: Sharona tells her sister that Monk needs the guest room because he "doesn't sleep on couches," but in "Mr. Monk and the Marathon Man," she had to stop him from taking a nap on the victim's couch. (00:15:15)
