Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode, when Grace Tilwell gets out of the Ford Taurus, she closes the driver's side car door. But once the shots change, the door is still open and she walks around the door towards the building.

Character mistake: Kono and a lab tech are stopping at several stations to sample their 87 Octane gas, yet at the third gas station he uses the middle pump that reads "Plus" which would be 89 octane - the wrong gas. (00:19:10)
