Factual error: When the burnt Hungarian guy is interrogated the first time a doctor insists that everyone wears masks (even though Jack Baer is very lax about it). When he is surrounded by doctors the second time none of them bothers about masks. (00:38:10 - 01:01:40)

Revealing mistake: When the police car is set on fire you see from the top that the flames start at three different spots, hood, roof, and trunk. Then, when the three vans drive off there's a shot from inside the police car where you don't see any fire. (00:32:45)

Factual error: A person with 60% burns on his body would not be wearing pyjamas, as the Hungarian guy does. (00:19:45)

Continuity mistake: During the line-up Keaton is holding his jacket folded over his left arm and covering his face with his right hand. When the turn comes to Fenster, from one shot to the next Keaton's jacket is folded over his right arm, and his right hand is covering his face. (00:08:35)

Fort Apache (1948)

Continuity mistake: Before the last and devastating battle begins York and O'Rourke lead the wagons to a ridge. In alternating shots the wagons are passing by an enormous rock or going through open plains. (01:47:45)

Fort Apache (1948)

Continuity mistake: When Beaufort instructs the new bunch of recruits he is standing right in front of their line. When the camera angle changes he is standing about two meters away. You can tell the difference best when you look at his shadow. (00:44:00)

Fort Apache (1948)

Continuity mistake: A group of new recruits is introduced to horseriding. One spindly volunteer gallops off first, but when we see him from behind he has been replaced by a stuntman of about twice his width. (00:44:10)

Fort Apache (1948)

Audio problem: When one of the soldiers serenades outside the O'Rourkes' place he is accompanied by an accordion and a guitar. However, what you hear is an accordion and a banjo. (00:39:10)

Fort Apache (1948)

Continuity mistake: When Mrs. Collingwood calls Mrs. O'Rourke over to help Phil setting up their place, Mrs. O'Rourke comes rushing in with a few other people in tow. However, seen from inside the room only Mrs. O'Rourke enters. (00:28:25)

Fort Apache (1948)

Continuity mistake: When the group of soldiers with the coach goes full speed back to the fort the camera pans to the Apache ambushing them. After a few seconds the camera cuts back to the coach, which should be already out of sight but is still where we saw them before. (00:57:50)

Fort Apache (1948)

Revealing mistake: Before the first encounter with the Apache, O'Rourke Jr. is looking out for Indians hiding behind a trunk. When he is being shot at and two bullets hit the trunk you see tiny volcanos erupt which obviously have been filled with explosives. (00:57:00)

Maverick (1994)

Continuity mistake: Maverick's hotel room undergoes a strange change after Annabelle enters. Originally there is an open window in the wall to the right of the bed. Later there is a plain wall with a shadow cast by a window across the room. (00:19:05)

Maverick (1994)

Continuity mistake: When Maverick beats up the four guys whom he had paid for this you see a horse tied in front of the saloon. The horse's head points either to the left or to the right, and this changes several times in alternating shots. (00:15:55)

Maverick (1994)

Continuity mistake: In the second round of the first poker game the guy with the very pronounced chin is holding his cards close to his face. In close-up a cigarette appears between his fingers, which is gone again in the next shot. (00:09:00)

Maverick (1994)

Continuity mistake: In the opening 'flashforward' scene, when Maverick is hung, the rope is thrown over a big branch and tied to the trunk. When the plot arrives at this point again the rope has been thrown over a small branch, which breaks off when the horse walks off and Maverick falls down. Furthermore, since his foot is stuck in the stirrup the horse drags him across the ground with the branch in tow, which should not be possible since the rope should still be tied to the trunk. (00:02:35 - 01:13:50)

Maverick (1994)

Continuity mistake: When Maverick rides into the village on donkeyback he overtakes a wagon pulled by two oxen. A bit further down the road the same wagon is coming from the right (it is the same as the oxen show the same patterns). (00:05:00)

Maverick (1994)

Continuity mistake: When we see Maverick for the first time in the hanging scene he is sitting on a horse with a rope around his neck, which is completely covered by his collar. When the camera angle changes the knot is much higher and the rope is fully visible, although the horse hasn't moved yet. (00:01:35)

Maverick (1994)

Continuity mistake: When Annabelle tells Maverick that she is short of $4000 to enter the big game he goes and extorts money from the Russian Duke. When he hands it over to her he holds a small bundle of bills, but when the camera angle changes the money is fanned out. Plus, when you pause the DVD you can count only eight $100 bills. (01:18:45)
