Continuity mistake: As the raft starts to sink, Lovey goes into the water on the back side of the raft. When the camera is in a close up of Mr. Howell, she's sitting beside him again. Then she's neck-deep in the water in the next wide shot.

The Pegasus - S7-E12

Continuity mistake: In the opening log entry of the first episode, Picard says that "I have been informed that a highly experienced man, one Commander William Riker..." He sounds as though he has been assigned a First Officer without knowing him. However, in this episode he tells Pressman that he read Riker's file, and wanted him, based on Riker's adamant refusal to obey an order that went against his safety protocol.

Suggested correction: There's no error here. Picard likely read the files of many officers and requested the ones he preferred, and Star Fleet informed him which one he would get.

Continuity mistake: In the suicide booth, the floor drops from under Bender. After it does, and Bender starts to drop, his arms are crossed, and his head is just above the level of the floor. A second later, he's back up, dropping, and his arms are flailing about.

Continuity mistake: In the opening sequence, the ship is positioned so that Shuttle Bay Two is aimed at the phenomena. But a moment later, the ship is facing into the stellar material.

Continuity mistake: Peter picks up a wooden spoon and flicks imaginary food at Rufio. Looking at Rufio, a black plastic spoon covered in blue flicks some blue and red substance at him that has a consistency if pudding. When Peter looks at the now-covered spoon, it has red, green, yellow and blue stuff stuck on it.
