Police Academy 7: Mission to Moscow (1994)
Factual error: Following the incident with the microscope, the Russian Forensic Scientist is afraid she will be sent to Chernobyl - Why? Since the breakup of the USSR, it's in a different country (Ukraine), so the Russian Authorities are highly unlikely to send her there.

Silkwood (1983)
Factual error: Karen points out to Thelma that she should have given a nasal swab (to detect internal contamination) after being 'cooked', yet on both occasions when Karen is being scrubbed after being contaminated she has blisters all over her face - something which should be avoided when performing decontamination as this can allow contamination to enter the body.

A Walk on the Moon (1999)
Factual error: When the boy is carried home after being stung, several people mention to 'take out the stingers'. As he was stung by wasps, you don't need to do that.

Red Dwarf (1988)
Trivia: The Star Wars-style (if you can slow it down) scrolly mentions what happened in between series 2 and 3. In short, it mentions what happened to Kryten (he crashed Lister's space bike on a planet and the crew managed to rescue him again), and the twins (Jim and Bexley - they were sent to the Parallel Universe as they were growing far too quickly).
