The Punisher (2004)

Character mistake: Frank Castle's son, William Castle, was reported in the newspaper scene earlier as dying at 10 years old. When Frank is ripping his own tombstone out of the ground, his son's tombstone is next to it, reading that William was born in 1995 and died in 2003, making him only 8 years old when he was killed.

Trivia: The popsicle torture scene was taken directly from Punisher War Zone #1 from 1992, where he did the exact same things by pressing a popsicle into a man's back while using a blow torch on a slab of meat, even ending by putting the popsicle in the man's mouth after finishing.

Trivia: As Frank is holding his dead family in his arms on the dock, you can see that his thumb is looking kind of strange and grey, with his thumbnail being grey. This is because, not long before filming this scene, Frank's actor, Thomas Jane, got his thumb stuck in a door in real life, and it had not yet fully healed.
