Trivia: One of the quests in the game is to kill 20,000 enemies using the Wind Dash. The name of this quest is "Oh! Banana," with the icon being a banana standing nearly on end. This is a reference to Donkey Kong 64 when the large Golden Bananas would appear and you'd hear DK's voice going, "Oh! Banana!"

Trivia: If you try to use the roulette or prize box without an internet connection, you get a unique error response from each because it can't read your casino chips. The roulette croupier says the roulette wheel is malfunctioning and to come back later. And the prize box cashier says there's something wrong with the numbers.

Trivia: There is a small random chance that you will find Higgins inside the Slayer Casino standing next to the slot machines. This is actually an easter egg where he will just be there sometimes. If you return to his tower, he will also still be there. If you talk to him at the casino, he will talk about why conjure gold with a spell when he can use the slots, and talks about the flashing colours being enchanting.

Trivia: The enemy type, the "Blue Milk Mushrooms," are likely inspired by the real-life Indigo Milk Cap mushroom (Lactarius indigo). This unusual fungus is known for releasing a bright blue, milk-like liquid when cut, making the in-game name a direct nod to real natural mushrooms like this.

Trivia: There's a secret on Bonus Stage 2. If you time the jumps right on the second part of the stage and go up high on top of the cave instead of going through it, there is a black hand-shaped monster. It doesn't do anything, but once you find it, you will never be able to find it again as it only appears once. And once you restart the game, you will be met with new title screen music.

Trivia: When in Edenor's Tavern, you can buy a regular beer for 5 coins with any character and it will say "You pay for the beer and drink it." and that's it. However, if you do this with the two special characters you can buy from the shop, you get an additional text box. For Azure, who is made of water, it will say "But it dissolves in your body." and if you do it with Haskell, who is made of fire, it will say "But it evaporates before it touches your mouth."
