The One With Rachel's Book - S7-E2
Corrected entry: When Joey goes into Rachel's room, the yellow couch has a Space Man Marvin on it with a body. In some other episodes, it's just a pillow head.
Correction: So Joey has two of "Marvin the Martian" - one is full body and one is the big head. The fact that in some episodes it's the full body lying on the couch and in some episodes it's the head, doesn't make a mistake, however, if they were to switch between shots during a scene in an episode, that would be a continuity mistake.

Corrected entry: The color of the keys laid down at the end of the episode by each friend corresponds to the colored dots between the letters in the Friends title (red, yellow, and blue).
Correction: The keys are in fact (in no particular order) : purple, blue, black, red, bronze, and bronze.

Dead Space
Corrected entry: The time Dead Space takes place is 2414, but the USG. Ishumura was built in 2446.
Correction: The Ishumara was launched after being built in 2446, Isaac Clarke was born in 2465 and the Ishumura was sent to Aegis VII in 2508 and then the events of Dead Space takes place a few of months later. There was some confusion, but the dates have been confirmed and nothing significant happened in 2414.

Silent Hill: Revelation (2012)
Corrected entry: When Heather shot the man with no face, in the back view you can see the device to push the blood out of the head. It's a round metal thing.
Correction: This round, metal device is actually part of the creature's head. You can see that the blood (which is actually digital) comes from the side of it, not the device itself, and even see the "gunshot" light up the inside. Modern squibs (which are used to simulate gunshot effects) look nothing like this "device."

The Hunger Games (2012)
Corrected entry: During the District 12 reaping, Effie Trinket is the only character with a microphone. However, after the female tribute has been chosen, Katniss and Primrose's voices can be heard amplified and echoed as if they were using microphones as well, even though neither are near the microphone. This is only in some shots, and the echoes come and go.
Correction: When the camera goes down to Katniss' and Prim's level when they are having the emotional moment, their voices aren't amplified or echo as if there was a microphone (because there isn't) - their voices stay at the same level and don't sound amplified. Only when Katniss is actually in front of the microphone is her voice echoing. Also, during this scene, Effie is muttering things to the mayor and such into the mic, maybe that's what is making the echoing.

Corrected entry: Through out this film, they do not once refer to the events in Paranormal activity 2 despite it happening earlyer.
Correction: This is absurd. That they didn't reference things in a sequel that hadn't been written, much less filmed yet, is not a mistake. This film is less than 90 minutes of a period of 20 days. We can assume that discussions about what transpired in PA2 happened off-camera or within the 480 hours we DON'T see.

Corrected entry: When the girls are in the bus singing "party in the USA" they try to get Beca to sing by not singing her part. Meanwhile Fat Amy is driving and can't see what is going on and she is just singing with them, but when the girls stop singing to get Beca to join in, Amy somehow stops too, despite having no way of knowing the others were about to stop.

The Walking Dead (2010)
Corrected entry: In the beginning when the guy comes out of a coma and he sees the door with the writing inside, then the zombies put their fingers through. In the next shot the cop goes through the double doors and the fingers are nowhere to be seen.
Correction: Different door. Different scene. After Rick sees the hand come out the door, he backs away. He then treks through a dark stairwell to reach the door he uses to exit the hospital.
