Continuity mistake: When Alexander the Great enters Dr Brisbane's body, Dr Brisbane is kneeling on the floor. His hands are positioned halfway along the floor tile. The shot cuts to Yugi asking Brisbane if he is feeling OK, but when the shot cuts back, his hands are placed directly on the lining of the floor tiles. The floor tiles also appear to have gotten smaller in between the two shots. (00:17:35)

Continuity mistake: When Alexander is running up the stairs after getting the necklace, it has a chain around the pendant.
