Crash (2004)

Correction: In LAPD, a sergeant-1 (with three stipes) is considered a field supervisor. A lieutenant has the billet of watch commander. That is why Matt Dillion is in the field. He may also be acting as a field training officer, which is why he has a partner. Or, the shift may be low on cars, causing the field supervisor to "double-up", which is not uncommon. A sergeant-2 (with four stripes) has more of an administrative job, to include watch commander if needed.

Corrected entry: Towards the end of the film after the mice have tried to take Arthur's brain, the Vogons come to rescue Zaphod and they start to shoot at the whole group. While they are firing one can see a white smoke coming out of the guns. When Marvin wakes up and shoots them with the point of view gun, they all stop firing but a few of the Vogons still have white smoke coming out of their guns.

Correction: The heat created by firing a gun tends to create smoke, and this can also be a joke about the low quality of the Vogons' guns, since this phenomenon is see at other times during the film.

V for Vendetta (2005)

Corrected entry: Towards the end of the film V and Evie kiss. One can see that there is a mouth hole in the mask. After he gets in the final fight with the group of men with guns, he comes back to Evie. As he is on the ground there is a blood mark on the mask and one can see that the mouth hole is now closed.

Correction: It is just the angle of the shots that make it look closed.
