Visible crew/equipment: In both EVA scenes, first when Dave retrieves the AE-35 Unit, and when Frank goes to re-install it, there are shots of Discovery in the background, the pod in the foreground and the astronaut floating between. And in both of these shots, the pod rotates 180 degrees. In the front window of the pod, we can see reflected images of the film set and equipment as the pod rotates.

Apocalypse Now (1979)

Apocalypse Now mistake picture

Visible crew/equipment: As the boat crew steps ashore to find Kilgore, the obvious shadows of two crew and their equipment are seen moving across the backs of the soldiers and then the raised netting slightly further away. This isn't the documentary crew they meet shortly afterwards, who are further onto the mainland. (00:27:20)

Suggested correction: In this scene, the boat crew immediately encounter a camera crew filming the soldiers. This is their shadows.

While they do encounter a documentary film crew, this does not happen until a few seconds after the mistake occurs. The shadows of the film crew are shown when they are walking onto shore, whilst the documentary film crew are shown more onto the main land. Plus, it seems a little weird Francis Ford Coppola would decide to randomly include shadows of a documentary film crew when the cameo doesn't happen until a few seconds later. Clearly this is the shadow of the camera and cameraman cast on them, and is a valid mistake.

Visible crew/equipment: When 'The Car' catches the truck, it tries to shove it off the road. The 3rd attempt happens as the Car gets very close to the camera, then veers across the screen, our left to right. The clear shadows of several crew members aboard the camera truck are visible on the front of the Car. (01:24:50)

Dirty Mary Crazy Larry mistake picture

Visible crew/equipment: When the Charger hits the train, the shot from above and behind ends with the rear window shattering due to a very obvious mortar blast at the left/lower corner of the glass, which fires a white gaseous stream upward. Dirty Mary Crazy Larry mistake picture

Visible crew/equipment: As the Charger races toward the railroad tracks, the view from above and behind the car shows a cable is pulling the car forward. The cable runs under the tracks (note the discolored pavement that crosses the tracks), then the cable emerges on the other side and turns left around a horizontal pulley. The cable disappears to the left where an off-screen truck is driving further to the left, pulling the car. (01:31:00)

Suggested correction: Actually the cable was attached to the train locomotive itself. That way they were able to measure the cable out that the car would be in the right place to be hit, without dealing with timing issues of getting two independent vehicles to be at the same place at the same time.

Visible crew/equipment: As the Charger approaches the bar/pool hall, a side shot of Larry driving shows a duplicate of his car reflected in the side of his door mirror. The film's budget was so small, there were no 'camera trucks' and such, so the extra two Chargers they had doubled as camera platforms when needed. (01:00:15)
