Continuity mistake: When Joe gets out of rehab he goes to see Camille at the tennis court. She's standing there with her bike and from the back her gym bag strap crosses her back because it is in front of her, but from the front the gym bag is on her left shoulder only.

Continuity mistake: When they are playing Michigan, Alvin is talking trash to the QB, telling him that he's going to send him to prison. When the camera angle is showing the opposing QB from the front he's calling out the play looking left and right but when the camera is facing Alvin, the QB's head is not even moving, he's just facing straight ahead, even though you still hear him calling out the play, and when the camera goes back to the front of the QB he's still calling out the play and moving his head from left to right.

Continuity mistake: When Darnell takes Autumn ice skating, each time the camera angle changes they are holding each other differently. Happens about 3 times throughout the scene.

Continuity mistake: When Coach Winters is pushing the ball in Jefferson's chest telling him no one other than him better bring the ball to him, he ends his sentence with the ball pressed against Jefferson's chest but when the camera pans back for a wider shot, the ball is on his side and he's now handing it to Jefferson.

Continuity mistake: When Jefferson is having lunch at the cafeteria after his test, Mack can be seen with food on his fork when he's talking and when the camera pans back he's still talking but there is no food on his fork.

Continuity mistake: When MVA Agent Harry Roedecker is hitting the evil Jet Li with the fire extinguisher you can tell that the entire scene was pasted together because Jet Li's hands are up in one shot then down in the next, then back up again as he's being hit. (00:44:15)

Continuity mistake: Right before the evil Jet Li shoots the cop Jet Li, the cop Jet Li slides down a concrete wall with a huge groove in it. In the next close-up, he turns around and he is standing farther down in front of the wall. (00:23:05)

Continuity mistake: Right after the prison escape, Jet Li goes after another version of himself that is a cop. The evil Jet is hiding in the duct work, and even though the majority of cops are firing their weapons straight ahead, the bullets are hitting the duct work 10 feet above them. (00:20:30)

Factual error: Maverick and the rest of the poker players throughout the movie are using plastic poker chips. You can tell by the sound they make when thrown. Poker chips during that time were made out of wood or ceramic.

Continuity mistake: When the bad guys lock Maverick in his room on the Lauren Belle, the camera shooting from outside the room shows the door moving a few inches as Maverick tries to open it, but the camera shooting from inside the room shows that he can't move the door at all. (01:33:00)

Continuity mistake: When the final game first starts you see a waiter walking to the commodore's table with 4 glasses of wine on his tray, the camera angle changes to a closeup of the table and you now see the same waiter with an empty tray picking up empty glasses. Other mistake: Right before Bret meets Annabelle on the Lauren Belle (before the big game) the drummer in the band (he's on the far right) is just moving his drumsticks up and down, there's no drum set in front of him but you can hear the drums in the music being played. (01:18:57)

Continuity mistake: When Peter is in the diner showing Sabrina the picture he puts the picture down and walks to get coffee. As he gets up Sabrina is reaching for the picture and the camera shows Peter asking her if she wants a doughnut. The camera pans back to her and she is reaching for the picture again - it is not in the same place it was a moment ago.

Continuity mistake: When Ryback kills the guy coming out of the bathroom the lady who showed her broken bra to the bad guy stands in the corner with her hands covering her face, then her hands are on the side of her face, then her hands are back to covering her face.

Continuity mistake: When Bobby Zachs steals the CD, Ryback is seen with him outside the train car making their way to the next car and the train is still going about 40 miles per hour. The scene changes to back inside the train with the bad guys and the window in the background shows the train traveling about 5 miles per hour.

Visible crew/equipment: When Ryback throws the exploding bomb into the car that the bad guys are in, one of the guys bursts into flames and you can see the white fire safety mask that he is wearing.

Other mistake: When Ryback enters his message about the train being hijacked into his PDA he faxes it to the Mile High Cafe and signs it Ryback. When the cook at the cafe gets the fax there is no signature on it.
