Corrected entry: A lot of the close up shots of Vivian' body from the neck down are actually of a body double, not Julia Roberts'.
Correction: The Director's commentary on the DVD states that this is a widely believed, but incorrect observation; Julia Robert's body was used for all the shots in the film.
