Continuity mistake: When Ilana goes to flag down a New York City taxicab on the street, there is a Honda Civic parked behind her with a yellow New York license plate. After the camera pans the opposite direction to show an approaching taxicab, it pans back to Ilana and the same Honda Civic - now sporting a different white New York license plate. (04:40:00)

Factual error: After Dr. Austin directs the anesthesiologist to urgently start phentolamine intravenously to address the patient's hypertensive crisis on the operating room table, the anesthesiologist is seen quickly rolling the clamp on the line, purportedly to make it run faster. The clamp however is being rolled in the direction to close off line's flow. (00:20:20)

Continuity mistake: As Lucy gets up from her airplane seat holding the big hunk of cheese wrapped in a blanket she is masking as a baby, it bends in half as if it were already cut. This is the scene before she sneaks off to the kitchen to cut it apart. In prior scenes, the cheese is intact and solid. (00:17:10)

Character mistake: When Ricky sits down to calculate by hand how much Lucy and Ethel have spent on supplies to make and sell their salad dressing, he adds $7.21 for the groceries, $1.20 for the jars, and 10 cents for the labels. He says his total is $8.31. He miscalculated; the correct total is $8.51. Ironically, his profit calculation is correct at 3 cents a jar. (00:15:10)

Factual error: Randall flies out last minute across the country to Los Angeles to be at his sister's side for her surgery. The scene where he arrives at the hospital and meets up with her husband Toby in The Waiting Room is prefaced by an exterior shot of the supposed hospital building. The sign outside the hospital indicates the name as "Sutter Health Alta Bates Summit Medical Center," which is a hospital in Berkeley - the San Francisco Bay Area - about 400 miles north of Los Angeles. Factual error: In the Miami car chase scene near the beginning of the film, the getaway car has Florida license plates on both the front and rear bumpers. In Florida, cars only have rear license plates.

Legacy - S2-E4

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Detective Munch visits the hospital room of a young comatose girl for the first time, the girl's left arm is alongside her body above the top sheet. As Munch approaches the bed, her arm is below the top sheet. When Munch visits the still-comatose girl a second time in the last scene of the episode, in the foreground as he is entering the room the girl's head is turned, facing her right. As he pauses to watch her, in the next shot she is now facing upright towards the ceiling. In this same shot, the purportedly still-comatose girl slightly moves her head and lips as if swallowing.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Stan stops by the house to have Dorothy help him tie the bow tie of his tuxedo, the undone tie is hung around his neck. After Dorothy finishes tying the bow tie and Stan proceeds to leave, she stops him to tell him to return in an hour. He excitedly turns around towards her, at which point we can see that the bow tie is now a clip-on. (00:18:55 - 00:20:55)
