Corrected entry: In the scene at the hospital, there are chest x-rays in the background. The chest x-ray on the far left is hung upside down.
Correction: It is common that X-rays are placed on the reader boxes by others (radiology technicians, nurses, etc) while pending review by the doctor. They know that when the doctor comes to read the X-ray they will place it in whatever position is correct, or best suits their ability to best see the area they are making a diagnosis.
