Revealing mistake: The view from Frasier's apartment shows the Space Needle prominently in the background, however, the elevator that takes visitors from the ground to the observation deck is frozen in time midway to the top. This was corrected after the first season.

Revealing mistake: When Solina breaks through the one-way glass to grab the detective you can see the glass is clear, where it should have a reflective coating on one side. (00:52:20)

Revealing mistake: During the ceiling sex scene, Lucy's hair lays flat against the ceiling with no effects of gravity while Dracula's hair hangs towards the floor fully under the proper force of gravity. (00:57:45)

Revealing mistake: When Bill Murray and Harold Ramis are whipped into the rope snare traps there are huge gaps in the ropes between Harold Ramis' feet that would make it impossible for the trap to secure him.

Revealing mistake: In the scene where Chuck finds Bill in the morgue vault listening to the recording of Chuck telling him to shut up, take note of Bill's thumb on the rewind button of the tape recorder. You can hear the tape recorder rewinding to replay the words, "Chuck to remind Bill to SHUT UP" multiple times but Bill's thumb does not move at all until he turns the recorder off. (00:30:00)

Revealing mistake: As Dr. McNamara is marking Megan O'Hara for her breast reconstruction surgery you can see the lower line of her prosthetic "removed breast" from her mastectomy on her left side. It is not the surgical scar from removing the breast, that is visible about an two inches higher closer to where the nipple should be. My aunt had a mastectomy, I know there should be no scar here.

Revealing mistake: In Hagrid's hut, while Ron is still slug sick, Hagrid is comforting Hermione over Draco's mudblood comment. His beard is visibly detached below his lower lip and when he speaks his jaw moves while his beard does not. (00:41:15)
