Corrected entry: Xander is visited by what he believes is himself from the future. We later find out it is a demon that used to be a man, but Anya had changed him back in her demon days. But when Giles destroyed Anya's pendant in 'The Wish,' it supposedly reverted all of her previous spells, which should have made him human again.

Buffy The Vampire Slayer (1997)
Corrected entry: In this episode when everyone is in the Library and they find out that Buffy can hear thoughts, Buffy turns to look at Wesley because he is thinking about Cordelia. As she leans forward she rests her chin on the heel of her hand, the shot cuts to Wesley, then back to Buffy and she has her chin resting on the top of her hand (the knuckles), Wesley then goes into the office and it cuts to a shot of Buffy and Willow, Buffy is once again resting her chin on the heel of her hands. Buffy The Vampire Slayer (1997)
Corrected entry: When the gang are in Buffy's house and she sees the picture of herself standing alone, instead of saying the line "I would never wear that low apparel" she fluffs her line and said "I would never wear this that low apparel" The shot changes between the words "this" and "that" so it looks like they tried to cut out the mistake in words but didn't succeed. Reptile Boy - S2-E5
Corrected entry: Why did the frat boys bother kidnapping a girl at least a week before the ceremony? They apparently don't care if the sacrifices are connected to each other and had no trouble attracting women to their frat house.
Correction: They only choose certain girls for Machida - although their criteria are never explicitly stated, the fact that Tom is desperate for Buffy to go suggests that they pick their victims carefully rather than just dragging in some random girl at the party. If they specifically wanted Callie for the sacrifice it would make sense to grab her the first chance they got, even if that meant holding her captive for a week.

Buffy The Vampire Slayer (1997)
Corrected entry: Buffy gets all the Potentials together and does another inspirational speech, telling them her plan to turn them all into Slayers. Chao-Ahn is there. This is the girl who doesn't speak English, so who in the Buffyverse is going to explain what was just said?
Correction: Given the amount of dictionaries we see lying round the house in 'Get It Done', we can assume that Chao-Ahn isn't the only Potential who doesn't speak English, but there is a way to communicate with them (albeit slow and time-consuming). It wouldn't be that hard to fill her and the rest of them in on the basics of the plan; just because we never saw it doesn't mean it never happened offscreen.

Buffy The Vampire Slayer (1997)
Corrected entry: Buffy died in the first season (but comes back to life of course) and Kendra gets called to take her place technically becoming the chosen one. When Kendra dies, Faith come into the picture and becomes the chosen one. So in fact there are two chosen slayers now, Buffy and Faith. But in the last season the First are out only to get Buffy. They should be going after Faith as well seeing that both Faith and Buffy are the chosen slayers at this point.
Correction: They did try to kill Faith - in the Angel episode 'Salvage' Faith is attacked by an assassin working for the First. She and Willow even discuss it at the start of the Buffy episode 'Dirty Girls'.

Buffy The Vampire Slayer (1997)
Corrected entry: In the season 7 finale "Chosen" Faith says to Buffy "You have to live like a person now, you're not the one and only chosen any more." Technically, Buffy hasn't been the one and only chosen since she died at the end of season 1. Though we did not see it, at that very second Kendra was called.
Correction: Maybe Buffy hasn't been the only Slayer, but she's always conisdered herself to be the main Slayer (referring to Kendra as 'The Rookie' and talking down to Faith). Also, for the last 4 years she has technically been the only active Slayer since Faith was in a coma, then in prison.

Corrected entry: In "The Initiative" in Season 4, Spike is given the chip implant that causes intense neurological pain if he harms a human. We see this take effect when he tries to bite Willow, but he was able to beat up the doctors at The Initiative to escape.
Correction: It's possible the chip was only activated after his escape from The Initiative.

Buffy The Vampire Slayer (1997)
Corrected entry: If Angel presumably had an invition into Giles' apartment (to leave Jenny's body) why did he need to be reinvited again in "Amends"? Giles never had that un-invitation spell done, he doesn't have any herbs or crosses by his doorframe.

Correction: The demon in question was trapped in another dimension when the reversal occured, and as such might not have been affected by the spell. We've seen several times throughout the series that different dimensions work in very different ways (for example, the time-flow in "Anne"), so it's not definite that magic would cross over between them.
