Continuity mistake: In the very first scene when Natalie is running to Stottlemeyer's car, she throws the walkie talkie through the open side window into the car. But in the next two shots it is back in her hands.

Mr. Monk and the Bully - S7-E14
Continuity mistake: When Monk and the others are in the hotel room where the victim has been discovered, Monk puts a flower onto his suit. Natalie then takes it off the suit, but in the next shot (as he turns around) the flower is still on him.

Mr. Monk and the Rapper - S6-E2
Continuity mistake: After Monk tries to get out of the contract with Murderuss, he walks to Stottlemeyer with jewel necklaces around his neck. In the next shot (after Stottlemeyer asks "How did that happen?"), the necklaces have disappeared. (The golden teeth stay, though).
