Corrected entry: After Mulder storms from the cinema at The End, Scully finds him sitting in the messy, deserted graveyard movie set. Correction: If the studio wanted to reuse the set for another movie, which happens all the time in real life, then they would keep the set up to save on production costs rather than deconstructing it and having to rebuild it.
