The Codpiece Topology - S2-E2

Corrected entry: Sheldon states that the "Reinheitsgebot" would have severely limited the availability of mead in 1487. This is wrong for two reasons, the first being that the most commonly known version of this law wasn't introduced until 1516 and secondly this law only defined the price and the ingredients of beer and had therefore nothing to do with other alcoholic beverages like mead. Correction: Purity Law or "Reinheitsgebot" was actually introduced in 1487, the Bavarian Law replaced this in 1516. In addition, the law was in effect on the production of beers in the broad sense of the word, it's main purpose was to reduce the need for "precious' resources like grain wheat and rye and also reduce the usage of 'pagan' plants and materials. In addition, the existence of law only effective on beers would suggest that mead was indeed not likely highly available.

The Zazzy Substitution - S4-E3

Corrected entry: The proposition that danishes wouldn't exist if Copenhagen were flooded is wrong, because "danishes" were created by Austrian bakers. They are called danish in English-speaking countries because they're very popular in Denmark. The Danish word for this pastry is wienerbrød, which translates to "Viennese bread."

Tanngrisnir

Correction: The origin of the Danish pastry is often ascribed to a strike amongst bakery workers in Denmark in 1850. The strike caused bakery owners to hire workers from abroad, among them several Austrian bakers, who brought along new baking traditions and pastry recipes.

Correction: She doesn't say that about the hologram; she says it about the actual pencil. Which it is, as Leonard puts the pointy end into the table that has equally spaced out holes in it, making it stand upright. The laser can't see below the hole in the table, which is why it doesn't appear to have a pointy end in the hologram.

The Large Hadron Collision - S3-E15

Corrected entry: The "Hollermus" that Sheldon allegedly makes is not actually a Swiss breakfast dish. It is in fact simply a kind of jam made from elderberries which is quite common in most German-speaking countries. Also, judging by the ingredients on the table (eggs, milk, butter) and the food on the plate, the dish prepared by Sheldon seems most likely to be an omelette with a Vienna sausage, which is in no way traditionally Swiss.

Tanngrisnir

Correction: He actually says Cholermus, which is a Swiss dish similar to a pancake. I had to find a script online when I first heard it to figure out what it was.

Cholermus is actually typically eaten as a dinner/supper meal, not breakfast.

Correction: You can see that a person is in a relationship before it is approved by the other person. It would simply say "[Name] is in a relationship" without the other person's name until it is approved, at which point it would say "[Name] is in a relationship with [other name]".

The Roommate Transmogrification - S4-E24

Corrected entry: Bernadette tells Howard that she chose the premature ejaculation project because neither of them has any heart diseases. However Howard has stated more than once that he has transient idiopathic arrhythmia. Also in the previous episode he actually emphasizes that his family has a history of heart diseases and alludes to a cave painting showing one of his ancestors clutching their chest.

Tanngrisnir

Correction: Transient idiopathic arrhythmia is not a disease, it is a disorder. They are different things.
