Continuity mistake: Penny asks Sheldon if the roommate agreement contains something about girlfriends, which Sheldon dismisses as unrealistic. However, it was revealed in season 2 that there is a cohabitation rider. This was revealed when Sheldon asserted that Leonard's girlfriend, Stephanie, was officially living with them.

Trivia: In the German dubbed version of the show, the character Maya has a Swiss accent instead of Australian.

Factual error: The way Barney employs the green screen wouldn't work because a camera is needed to put a picture over the screen. To the naked eye the screen would still be green. The only plausible way to make the illusion work as intended would be a regular white screen and a projector, but this isn't the case here.

Factual error: Leonard's myopia is greatly exaggerated in this episode. Even with high myopia he should still be able to navigate his apartment without aid especially after living there for seven years. (00:17:40)

Other mistake: Robin says she burned the dinner because she mistook the temperature scale on the oven for Celsius. However a given temperature above -40 is always higher in Fahrenheit, so by assuming the oven to be labeled in Celsius she would have undercooked the food. For example: If the directions were to cook at 400°F, she would set it around 200°F (thinking the oven was Celsius.) If the instructions were to cook at 200°C, she would still set the oven to 200°F, undercooking the food in both cases.

Plot hole: While it would certainly destroy the entire plot of the episode, Sheldon could have simply contacted Blizzard's customer support to get all his stuff back.

Factual error: When Frankie throws her pills out of the car, she reaches into the center console to open the window. The Jaguar Charlie is driving has its power windows in the door, a place she couldn't reach from her position.

Other mistake: During the car chase in London, when Ben almost hits the dogs, we see one dog running up to the car and licking the backup-camera. However since the camera is actually mounted above the license plate, it's impossible to reach for a dog this size.

Trivia: In the elevator scene, Sam is humming the Stargate SG-1 theme. According to Amanda Tapping, she wanted to hum the MacGyver theme but couldn't remember how it goes, so she chose the other.

Plot hole: Senator Kinsey references the Foothold incident from season 3, yet only a few episodes before it was revealed that Kinsey could never have known about it because it was covered up under presidential orders and he especially was not in on it.

Other mistake: Several times, especially in the first season, there is an IDC confirmation on the SGC computer even before the wormhole has been established.
