Continuity mistake: Jamie and Paul are at the supermarket, and Jamie is eating chips. She leans on a coin operated horse. The bag of chips in her right hand changes from front (Green Label, "Baked Lays") to back view in one shot then to front view again.

Continuity mistake: When Hugh Grant first goes underground and is interrogated by the "Mole" people, his arms are held behind his back and the hair on his forehead changes between shots. His hair appears combed back in several shots and some wisps hanging down in others. They alternate back and forth between shots.

Continuity mistake: Spoiler: At the end of the film, Faye Dunaway shoots Tommy Lee Jones. He falls to the floor dead. The positions of his coat and tie change between shots.

Continuity mistake: After Danny and Burt fight in the kitchen, Mary tells them to clean it up. When Burt puts a dish towel over his right shoulder, the dish towel disappears and reappears between shots.

Continuity mistake: When Burt and Danny are fighting in the kitchen, they hit a pot holder on the fridge, which begins swinging. Mary enters and the pot holder stops swinging suddenly, in her close up.

Continuity mistake: In the beginning, the cocaine dealer goes to a ghost town and is attacked by zombies. As he is running, his denim jacket goes from being partly pulled off, to completely off, to back on, to partly off, in about 5 shots. Very noticeable because he is wearing a white tank top.

Lethal Weapons - S3-E7

Continuity mistake: When the family is in the traffic jam there's a shot from the front of the car, and in the next shot from the backseat of the car, Peter's face (glasses and part of nose) is reflected in the rear view mirror. However, there's no rear view mirror in the first front shot or shots following backseat shot.

Continuity mistake: When Shirley Maclane is in the hospital after her car accident Meryl Streep puts make-up on her. She applies blush to the left cheek, then the shot switches and she applies to the right side, then the shot switches again and she is working on the left side again.

Continuity mistake: When Meryl Streep wakes up in the hospital, she is being asked questions by an appointed psychiatrist. The psychiatrist's hands move from down on her writing pad to up by her face every time it switches from front to back view. (Notice the left side of her face, fingers and pen visible).

Maude Takes a Job - S2-E7

Continuity mistake: Towards the end of the episode, Maude makes Walter breakfast and lists some things she will get done around the house. One is to paint the kitchen chairs. She spray paints the chair with Walter in it - the amount of spray paint on Walter's jacket changes thoughout the scene, especially when Maude is on the phone turning down a job.

Continuity mistake: In Jack's first appearance to David in the hospital room, Jack uncovers the food on the tray and takes a piece of toast from another plate on the tray. The silver cover on the tray changes position throughout the scene in various shots. Sometimes the cover is resting partly on the tray and sometimes flat on the tray table surface.

Continuity mistake: Near the end when Kate Capshaw, Harrison Ford, and the kid are on the bridge, Harrison cuts the bridge with a large sword. Several men fall into the water below. The bad guy grabs hold and hangs on to some of the henchmen. The number of henchmen changes between shots. Close-up 3, wide shot 2, close-up no men, then back to 2 and so on. The bad guy throws some off as he climbs up the bridge but the number changes in the wrong order.

Continuity mistake: When Adam and Barbara try to scare the new residents out of their house, Barbara holds up Adam's head by the hair. He has glasses on and they are up on his nose where one would wear glasses. However, the next shot is a close-up of the head, and the glasses are down on the end of his nose. (00:16:50)

Continuity mistake: When the girlfriend of the lead actor and his cousin are sitting eating pizza in a diner, his hair goes from a little messed up to extremely messed up, then back to a little messed up in different shots. He at no time touches his head.
